Found out the tires dry rot was a much worse problem. I decided to get 4 new Pirelli PZEROs. While examining all the important things of my car, they discovered badly groved brake discs and thin pads. We agreed they needed changed out. So my Mustang is in great health with New Brakes and New Tires all around. They definitely saved me and my family a possible disaster that I had no idea was even there. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety.
