March 2026 CarMax contracted some transmission work to this company after 3 weeks they said they had completed the work and took my car back to Carmax for me to pick up. That Friday evening and into the nighy I kept getting notifications from my car app that my doors were unlocked. I shrugged it off thinking they were working late trying to figure out the issue and get it fixed. Monday morning something told me to check my app and someone from this company had taken my car over the weekend and drove it almost 500 miles without my knowledge or permission!!! Not to mention my car was being driven during non business hours, 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning! I was livid!!! I'm still livid to think that people can be so disrespectful and completely careless with other people's property. Upon contacting Carmax and informing them of what happened, they were also shocked and told me they would bring it the owner's attention. They informed me that the owner was also surprised.
