The phone was answered promptly & they confirmed an Auto Center. When asked, I was also informed they did not have a wait at the moment of my call either. Which was perfect for my impromptu oil change needs. The Auto Department's located in the back left of the store in its own. Location is very accessible and open. First impression- this location was incredibly clean! Lorie & Devin both greeted me/ checking me in/out etc, Nick was super friendly, & Bill kept busy stocking & returned the car. All staff present were very friendly & helpful especially Lori and Devin! Would definitely recommend this location & will likely make this my new "impromptu oil change" location.

She explained a policy for not replacing a battery under a seat that made great sense instead of just giving a "hard no", like most places did that I called before. I appreciated the knowledge and decided to buy my battery there and replace it myself. Learned I could do it alone and she reassured me I would be fine with my level of knowledge . Customer service is still important. I work in sales and I can tell you that I only go INTO a store if I want to ask someone a question. It's easy enough to order online so having some experience both in dealing with people's inquiries and product knowledge is very valuable. I will now get all my parts here and say hello.
