Grateful to the knowledge and expertise of WayMotorWorks!…read moreWay went out of his way to diagnose an issue with our Mini while we were at Mini in the Dragon. We would be stranded and hiring a tow truck and a rental to get us back to Indiana had he not gone the extra mile to assist! Forever grateful and would highly recommend for all your Mini repair or upgrade needs!

Wayland knows his stuff! I have a friend who lives in Boston, bought a 2006 MCS and spoke with Way…read moreon the phone way back when & was very impressed with Wayland. FF nearly 20 years and when said friend found out I bought a used 2003 MCS he begged me to have WMW do their own inspection, and told me he'd pay for the inspection himself because he was so impressed. A year into ownership I discovered the passenger side control arm bushing was totally disintegrated and I finally took the plunge and drove a couple Counties south to Way Motor Works. I'm glad I did. He showed me all the different bushings that were failing on the front end and replaced them all with polyurethane bushings, fixed my boogered front passenger spring (newb tip: they are asymmetrical on Gen1 minis), replaced some seals and put a 10% supercharger pulling on for an extremely respectable price. I think he even fixed the rattling HVAC blower without telling me. I had a coworker who has raced amateur for 80% of his life to weigh in on Wayland's commentary during pickup of vehicle and as ornery as my coworker is he didn't have anything to complain about, which is saying a lot if you knew B-Rob. Anyways, so long as I've got money in the bank I look forward to the next repair or upgrade needed because I know a trusted resource to take my car and that means everything.

This was my first experience with Clay and his mechanics and I will be bringing my wife and my cars…read morethere from now on! Absolute great experience from the first email. Here is the details: I had an extended warranty that just expired so I had been bringing my car to GM dealer by work for any issues. About 6 months ago I brought it in when an engine light came up. They diagnosed the issue. They told me They had to do a fuel injection to fix the issue that wasn't covered by my warranty, even though I specifically asked them to replace the part that was sending the error message. 4 months later the engine light came back on and my car was having performance issue (diagnosed by GM again) and now I was out of warranty so of course they wanted to replace that part along with a bunch of other unrelated parts. I sent the specific question on what I wanted to get done to 6 different places from Yelp. Clay was the only one that sent me back a detailed response with around how much it was going to cost. I brought my car in yesterday morning, they got it done with the OEM part and called me right after lunch to let me know it was ready. The car runs great and the final price was lower that they originally quoted me! That's a first for me! From now on I will not take any of our vehicles anywhere else! Thank you Clay!!!

Last week, I brought my car in because the gas gauge wasn't working--it was stuck on empty. They identified the issue and fixed it. Later, I noticed a problem with one of the parts they installed, so I brought the car back this week. They corrected the problem at no charge, as it was covered under their warranty. I would have been upset if they had charged me, but they handled everything professionally.

I had to wait a day or so but I was definitely in a bind. They even put air in my tires which I was very grateful for knowing the tire pressure was off too. Only problem with this shop is that it is in the Gwinnett County part of Doraville and if you don't have a ride to pick you up or drop you off you are stuck with the Gwinnett County bus or a taxi. I called about waiting for an oil change and was told that I could drop it off and come back later in the day which was not convient for me not having a ride to or from the shop. All in all I would use the shop again for minor repair work.

Short version: Doraville Motorcycle may look a little run down and be hard to find, but this shop…read moreis knowledgeable, courteous, and does great work without ripping you off. Highly recommended! Full Story: I have a 2009 Kawasaki dual sport and my fiancé rides a 2005 Yamaha scooter. I've been looking for a local shop to take the bikes to whenever they needed work beyond normal servicing. I was tired of the treatment I'd been getting at a certain fancy multi-brand factory dealer (they never answered their phone, always had to leave a message with their automated system and wait for them to call back, long turnaround times for repairs, not willing to discuss repair cost or possible issues over the phone, always saying "you have to bring it in" and charging a diagnostic fee, etc). So when I needed carburetor work on the scooter I decided to give Doraville Motorcycle a shot. I called and an actual person answered the phone; I explained the issues I was having, he was very helpful in going over what could be wrong and assured me that they could take care of me at a fair price. I took the bike into the shop on Tuesday afternoon, and they called Wednesday at lunch to tell me it was ready. It was running better than ever when I picked it up and it cost me less than the diagnostic fee at the fancy dealer. The shop personnel were friendly, helpful, knew their stuff, and seemed genuinely grateful for my business. They work on all makes and models, so if you're looking for a great place to get work done at a good price you should definitely go here. A few notes: -The shop looks a little shabby but don't let that fool you the staff and mechanics are great -The Google map location is wrong, the shop is really at 6514 Morgan Rd Norcross, GA 30340
