They thoroughly went through it and let me know the things that needed repaired, replaced and things that I can do myself to save me some money. ​ Once we agreed on everything and the cost, they quickly started working on it and had it back to me surpringly fast. I needed a new cat converter. They quoted me a price over the phone and it didn't change once I got there - no extra "a woman came in by herself" fees. I appreciate that. They explained what was wrong and exactly what they were doing before starting, even showed me the new & old parts and told me in detail why my old one was having an efficiency issue. He gave me advice about what to do if I continued having issues (what a "bad" mechanic might try to offer versus what a "good" mechanic should do to diagnose the problem, which I also appreciated!) The guy was very kind and thorough. I wish I could remember his name, but the Muffler Shop has surely earned my continued business should my vehicle ever have any more problems.
