They asked a few questions about the make and model of my car, and even came out to the parking lot in the rain to help me out with them. The store was clean, well lit, and the parking was easy! The restrooms were clean, and equipped with all the necessary stuff. The inventory was easy to find, and the prices were quite fair. The shop told me they had been cross threaded prior to them. The story continued at your shop with more damage to her car. I am an ASE, GM certified tech of 50 years or better. I along with another tech do the repairs to her car. Nine months prior to your examination myself and my brother replaced the door hinge bushings that you claimed were bad. I had 5 months ago done a tune up, the other tech, Jody just had completed the front brakes, you had to have seen the new pads and rotors.
