Legend was an outstanding salesman--knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car. He said a service center person would be with me soon. I could see that my car was taken to the shop but still no service center person had spoken to me. About an hour in I went to the service desk to ask about my car. Got an update but not an acknowledgment of who was my advisor- nothing. Once my car was done I was approached and walked to the payment area then sent on my way. Once I found my car It was supposedly washed with my service it was wet but not clean. Not a big deal but kind of the cherry on top of bad service. Overall a very poor experience. I'd of expected a service center person to at least walk over introduce themselves and confirm what I wanted. I'll definitely use Autobahn VW for any other needs.

I had to reach out to get any sort of update because they didn't. Communication was through text and wasn't very good. Texts read like they were from a child. Didn't receive a text response to my last text and was told he didn't get it (how convenient!). They never would admit that they couldn't find the problem and never did tell me to come get my car, I asked 3 separate times. Called the Firestone Corporate Customer Service toll free number and was told that an area manager would reach out to me within 2 days. It's been 4 days and still no call. Store manager was argumentative and unprofessional to say the least when I did pick up my car. Several times he acted like we were a bother and laughed about us waiting for the area manager to call us (I guess he knew that wouldn't happen). I requested copies of the diagnostic reports and he didn't have them ready when I arrived. He just argued about what they did to try and figure out what was wrong with my car. I will never take my car back there, even for the simplest of services.
