The best car-buying experience with Legend and Parker!…read more I had an amazing experience purchasing my car thanks to Legend Brown and Parker. Legend was an outstanding salesman--knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car. He made the process easy and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure every detail was perfect. A big shoutout also goes to Parker in the finance department. He was friendly, transparent, and walked me through all the financing options so I could make the best decision confidently.

I made an appointment expecting to have both an oil change and service completed, only to find out that just getting diagnostics done would take a week. On top of that, no loaner vehicle or rental option was offered. Not everyone can afford to be without a car for a week, especially when the vehicle is practically new. This has been very disappointing, especially as a first-time Volkswagen buyer. I have always been a Chevy customer, but decided to give Volkswagen a chance. While the staff member I spoke with was friendly, the long wait just to find out what is wrong with a newer vehicle, and having no transportation option in the meantime, is a major inconvenience. A vehicle this new should not already be having these kinds of issues, and customers should not be left without support while waiting for basic diagnostics.

The sales person was super - did some checking on my old battery and stated it was done for - vehicle was a certified Honda Pilot from Honda of Fort Worth (they should have checked it, but probably didn't), but no matter, Walmart had a replacement and they installed it for me that evening. There were approx. 10 folks in front of me and they stayed past closing to get this job done. I was fortune enough to come by and stop at Walmart. Cost wasn't any more than other places, so I feel reasonably sure this battery will last for at least 4-6 years. Excellent workmanship! Highly recommend them.

I swear they be hiring anybody these days cuz damn people be dumb.

Called them on AUG 23RD and was told they blasted them and should be a few more weeks. Ok, no big deal I understand delays happen. Called again multiple times in mid/late Sept and got the same response. I'm starting to get a little frustrated at this point. Called again beginning of October and the same thing "the tech is measuring them and we should know in the next few days what pistons you need, I will call you once I know more". By now boating season is wrapping up. Finally said screw it and drove to the shop and picked them up OCT 24TH. During the span of 3 months, I never received 1 call about the status of the work, delays, or any info. Clearly my business is not important to them so I decided to take it elsewhere. I've been more than patient and understanding about the delays, but at a certain point I'm tired of being lied to. If you're a racer or have a trip or some sort of hard deadline you need a project finished by, I'd recommend going elsewhere. Also, in regards to the media blasting that they did do, I was told the coolant passages would be cleaned out and cylinder looking like new. Still lots of paint and corrosion everywhere on the cylinders and coolant passages. Lack of attention to detail and care for the customer. Will never do business with them and do not recommend.

Had stopped at another dealership nearby and the truck I was looking for had been sold earlier in the day. Burleson Nissan was next door so stopped in and when I pulled up, Marshall greeted me. Told him exactly what I was looking for and we walked over to the used car area and saw one I liked. After noticing it was a little bit out of the budget that I had set, he suggested to take the car for a ride and let their car buyer take a look at mine to see if they could possibly make up the difference. I didn't tell him any numbers I was expecting for my car or what my was my budget. When I came back from the test drive, the numbers he put together were still pretty high. I told him exactly where I was and whether or not they could make it work. If not no harm no foul. My budget was almost 20% less than what the original paperwork was for. After two quick back-and-forths, they came in just under what I was budgeting. All of this negotiation took place in less than 10 minutes. I can't remember the last time I bought a vehicle, new or used, where dealerships don't delay and stretch out this process, usually to their advantage. These guys don't play games. It took less than 15 minutes to get in to see the finance manager, Antoine (I think that's his name). Super great guy. Although I know he has talk about the warranties, I told him upfront that I just wanted out the door pricing. We did review it and he was not pushy whatsoever. He did his job and I did mine. It was mutual respect. Again it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes in the finance office All in all, I was there less than 45 minutes. All of this during Memorial Day weekend which is typically a very busy day for car dealerships. While I was in finance, Marshall took the car around and had it washed and cleaned up. He even changed the plates for me and help move my things from my Jeep into my new Nissan Pathfinder. Apologize for the long message, but I wanted to share this experience. Can't recommend this dealership, especially Marshall and his team, enough. Great job guys!

When we returned later that afternoon, we had another gentleman helping us that was very nice. The showroom wasn't the best for us, it had a strong smell of musty, humid atmosphere.
