Left this review on Google and will post here as well…read more **EDIT** Changed my rating to 3 stars due to my experience with the finance department. When I purchased my vehicle, I planned to put no money down and keep the money from my trade because I decided to take advantage of the 48-month 0% financing. During the finance process, I was told that because I wasn't putting money down, Kia financing required me to purchase GAP insurance. I specifically asked how much the GAP insurance would cost because I wanted to determine whether it made more sense to put money down instead. I was told it would be $7. At that point, I thought, "$7 is nothing," so I agreed to it and proceeded without putting money down. The finance manager went through the paperwork very quickly, and because the sales team had been great and I trusted the dealership, I didn't catch the issue at the time. After reviewing my paperwork later, I discovered that the GAP insurance was not required by Kia financing and that I had actually been charged $1,000 for it. This also increased my monthly payment by roughly $20. I have no idea where the $7 figure came from, but it was clearly not the actual cost of the GAP coverage. I decided to give the finance manager an opportunity to address this directly before changing my review. I explained that the GAP coverage had been sold to me in bad faith and under false pretenses and asked that the charge be removed. He told me he would take care of it. It has now been a month, the GAP coverage is still active, there has been no refund to my loan and I have been unable to get in contact with him. I am extremely disappointed because the sales team provided a great experience, but the finance department completely changed my impression of the dealership. Regardless of whether GAP insurance is ultimately something a customer wants, telling a customer that it is required when it is not, and quoting a completely different price than what is actually charged, is unacceptable. Please be very cautious when reviewing the finance paperwork, do not trust what he tells you, and make sure you verify everything you are told. I hope the dealership ultimately does the right thing and refund this charge on my loan, but I wanted to share my experience so other customers don't find themselves in the same situation. **Initial 5-star review** Recently purchased a new Kia Sportage from Willowbrook Kia, and the entire experience was incredibly laid-back and straightforward, which is not always what you expect from a car dealership. I worked with Dragan, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He genuinely seemed more interested in helping me find the right vehicle than simply making a sale. I test drove several cars, and Dragan was happy to get each one pulled up and ready for me without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I was shopping around, comparing prices, and taking my time to make sure I found the right car and the best deal. Dragan was completely understanding throughout the process and gave me the space to make the decision on my own. Ultimately, I couldn't be happier with my new Sportage or with the experience I had at Willowbrook Kia. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and especially Dragan, to anyone looking for a new vehicle. He made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.

Much like another customer review, I also patronized Willowbrook Kia on September 25 and found the…read moresales staff to be incredibly helpful and professional. They took the time to walk me through a number of options when my first plan didn't work out and we finally landed on a 36 month lease with my trade-in bringing my monthly payments down to the level I needed. I took a while to get everything squared away and to learn about the ins and outs of leasing (I have always bought my cars) but I was very happy with the deal and the flexibility it gave me. Then came time for me to sit down with the Finance guy. Right from the start, he tried to sell me on service packages and gave me very confusing numbers and information that didn't seem to match the deal that I had come to with sales. After much wrangling and a lot of having to ask to have things repeated for clarity, I thought I had the lease deal clear and began the process of signing the bundle of documents, served up rapid fire style. By this time, I was late for work and my car wasn't yet ready so the great sales staff got me a loaner and I headed out, with delivery to happen the next day. After work, when I had time to take a longer look at my lease papers, I found that the Finance guy had added in a $600 Ethos Wheel and Tire package to the lease (which I had specifically said I did not want), inflating the value of the car and raising my lease payment. The section of the lease where I had to initial to approve the service contract was not initialed but the cost was added anyway. I missed it since the monthly payment was only a few dollars more than the deal with the sales staff and frankly, I was exhausted after a long morning of trying to get the deal done. I'm heading back to Willowbrook Kia this morning to see the General Manager and have the lease re-written as lease packing is illegal in IL and the inflated value of the car would cost me in both my monthly payments and when and if I decided to buy the car out at the end of the lease. I will update this review with an outcome, good or bad. So if you go to Willowbrook Kia and end up fiding a car you want, get the deal with your sales person and make the sure the numbers are exactly the same in the finance paperwork. Get the sales person to look at it also if you need to, maybe it will save you the headache I and other customers seem to be having right now.

Ryan really came through with working with me after every other dealer I spoke to just ignored me completely. I emailed and even test drove quite a few Mercs and the sales ppl didn't give a sh*t about anything I had to say. Most of their responses after i asked if the price was flexible,"well if you could afford this car a few grand wouldn't matter"... really??? Ryan, was the complete opposite. He was determined to make a deal and he was so nice and cool about everything. They treated me like my friends do, but in a professional and courteous way. After test driving the vehicle I decided to go ahead with it and we had already come to an agreement on the numbers prior so that was that. Got my whip two days later since the bank was closed over the weekend and i can safely say in the future when I'm looking at a Ferrari, I'll be coming here.

My mother and sister went in for a simple service appointment while I was on FaceTime with them. The associate helping them, Rob, was completely dismissive and not understanding anything they were trying to explain regarding the vehicle's warranty. My mother and sister told him multiple times that the car has a warranty, but he kept denying it and insisting that they didn't. At one point he even tried to claim that we bought the warranty from the previous owner in 2021. That doesn't even make sense considering the car is a 2022 and we have not even owned the vehicle for nine months when we took it off the lot from a dealership not the old owner. It honestly felt like he was trying to confuse the situation rather than help resolve it. While my mother and sister stepped out of the room to grab the warranty paperwork, my sister accidentally left the phone in the room while I was still on FaceTime. During that time I overheard Rob speaking to another employee and being extremely disrespectful about my family. The things he said were so inappropriate and offensive that, as a woman, I wouldn't even repeat those words. I immediately told my mom what I heard. When my sister confronted Rob about it, he denied everything even though it was obvious he knew exactly what he had said. She then spoke to the manager, Justin, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Instead, he defended Rob and basically made it seem like we were lying and that it was our word against his. My family went there for a service on a vehicle, not to be disrespected or treated like a problem. The behavior from this associate was extremely unprofessional and honestly makes it seem like he either has no idea what he is talking about or tries to mislead customers when it comes to warranties and services on top of the disrespect. Management really needs to start paying attention to how their employees treat customers. After reading other reviews, it seems like multiple people have had issues with Rob before, yet nothing is being done. Experiences like this are unacceptable and completely ruin the trust customers should have when bringing their vehicle. A employee like Rob should not be representing such a sophisticated company like Mercedes Benz!!

I have Porsche ID set up and I try to save the settings to my key but there must be something I am not understanding or missing but it doesn't save the settings. I walk in to see if someone can help me but I first encounter a salesman who dismissed me and basically lied to me by saying that "that's how Porsches are" and that I cannot save my settings or do anything about it. A quick google search proved he is wrong and basically lied to me. Do you really want a salesman that doesn't know the features of the very cars he sells? I then walk to service center and encounter a lady named Jennifer who helped me a little more than the previous person, but ultimately told me to google it and figure it out. I figured that buying a vehicle from this brand and this caliber you'd think the customer service would be better than this. I usually avoid the dealership for repairs so I was reminded why I should continue to avoid it. I live next door in Clarendon Hills but should I ever need the dealership I will take a trip to a different Porsche dealership.
