They also quoted two options incase I wanted the one that was for my car or an aftermarket option. This was lovely since there was a large price difference in parts. Labor was the same. I then returned with my Dad's car. He had been quoted at another place and the issue was identified as something totally different and costly. They provided and showed me the issue and reasonable quote. The labor cost per hour was consistent with my car so I felt reassured they were constant with labor costs. Finally, I returned when my car decided to have coolant issues. Also, i damaged the brand new muffler when i had a panic attack over the coolant light coming on. They went above and beyond trying to salvage/repair it so I wouldn't have to buy another one and they were successful. They did an amazing job with identifying the issues around the coolant and inspected more than a single part to ensure they fixed the entire problem and not just the problem that triggered the warning on my dashboard. They provided a reasonable estimate that was itemized and tried to save me money on the parts where they could. They also completed the entire repair in a reasonable timeframe that I didn't have to plan being without car for an extended period of time. Highly recommend. Rob was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient with my questions since I only know the basic mechanics of my car.

I was hoping for same day but, it didn't work out. Busy place and they told me ahead of time that they would try to but no guarantees. Picked up next day after work. I appreciated the updates and photos they sent me via Instagram as well as their up front pricing estimates. They also told me I was wrong about where I wanted my ride height with zero hesitation or people pleasing attitude, that was refreshing and showed they cared about the safety and longevity of the car and not just me wanting it slammed lol. There was a slight hiccup after driving it a couple weeks, my passenger rear shock adjustment ring came loose. They very quickly got me setup with an appointment to correct it at no cost. Yea, it took some of my time but, that's what happens when you start modding. Shop is clean, obviously not spotless but clean. All techs and front staff are very friendly and professional as well. I'm very happy with the service here and will definitely be back for anything I'm not capable of doing myself or need more technical help to dial in.
