Terrible service. Purchased 36 month free replacement AGM a battery 33 months ago. Battery failed 4 months ago. Bright it in for replacement and they say battery tested fine. Dash is always showing battery saver feature when shutting off car. Now returned from a weekend to find the battery dead. Jumped car and bright battery in for new battery. Again they say battery tests fine. Vehicle has no draw and alternator tests good. They will not replace a battery that has failed. Their "tester" shows good. I cannot have a questionable battery in a car driven by my wife and daughter! Guess I'm going to another store so I can replace the battery. My car died at my house, I jumped it and took it here. I had the battery tested. He came out, hooked it up and said it's fine for a while but it has a bad cell (no charge). 6 months later it did it again so I came back and had Interstate replace it. 30 mins later they battery was replaced and I won't have to worry if it's going to start at another inopportune time. It wasn't cheap but it is worth the peace of mind. These guys are friendly, quick and professional. I could have saved $25 if I had shopped around but I like how they treated me the first time (6 month a ago). read more

Interstate batteries are cheap quality at this times! I always use to buy all my batteries here from last 8 years ! Last 2 I buy at 2023 new ones with 36 months free replacement warranty,get dead at 12-14 months! For one of these batteries I went to interstate place for warranty and they said cant do the replacement!because warranty policies.They ll fully charge it and give it to me next day ! From my experience they are using cheap quality and now are same level of auto parts stores brands! Which are way cheaper than interstate and better warranty! read more

I was very surprised, they do have batteries for everything got batteries for my key fab. And dig this, they have discount batteries I took my old Interstate batteries that lasted 8 years!! They tested them One was bad/ and one Bad cell Plus I tried charging them up before I bought them in. So I bought two for my boat / marine deep cell batteries beat anybody's price. I'm having a real hard time believing this company. I brought in a sump pump battery on May 31st and they assured me it was bad. I hooked the new battery up to the system and within a week the same condition appeared. I brought the battery back and they assured me it wasn't an issue with the battery but the charger. Kind of makes me feel like I was duped into buying a battery I didn't need. read more

Any battery I'd ever need is always on stock here, and the staff is great. Looking up cross reference numbers and even installing the battery into the car or UTV makes stopping by a piece of cake! The quality of their batteries (both auto/UTV) and even AAA or 9v home batteries are more industrial and last forever. Much better than Duracell or Energizer and the bulk packages are less expensive. I'll always be a happy customer. I go there for all of my battery needs and recently bought some emergency LED flashlights. Very bright and I keep them in every car & at our home in case the power goes out. Find out for yourself. I had purchased a battery from this location less than a year ago, my car stopped starting and had a mechanic check the alternator, wiring, and starter and all were fine, so I was told that the battery was the likely issue and since it was so new to get a replacement. I go in, the worker puts a tester on it and while the battery was only at 12v it wasn't holding a charge large enough to start my car. I put the battery on a charger overnight and it would start, but after 8 hours at work it would not. The battery would not hold a charge. And the worker didn't even offer a replacement battery and only told me to charge it again. Sure let me charge my battery every night so it can just be dead in the afternoon. My mechanic also informed me another customer of his who got a car battery from this same location had THE SAME PROBLEM! If a batch was bad, just replace them. I went to COSTCO and just bought another interstate. I trust the brand but not this store. Never have I had a faulty piece of equipment not simply be replaced. read more

I worked with Todd who tested my 3 year old dead battery after they charged it and he tested the loaner battery they gave me in my car and he explained how my alternator or a leak of energy is probably the problem recommend some places for me to go and advised me to charge the loaner batter to keep my car running. I also spoke to Dan who answered my dumb question of how do u charge a car battery he said no question is dumb and explained the difference between a remote jumper and a charger. They were both very nice and helpful to a single mom with hardly any knowledge of cars that was refreshing. If you need your battery tested don't pay for it they do this for free and they are honest and caring read more

I went to Interstate thinking my auto battery was shot. Danny performed a couple of tests and asked a couple of questions. The upshot is that instead of selling me a new battery, which I would have gladly paid for, Danny saved me the trouble. He directed me to trickle charge my battery for 12 hours at 10 amps. That did the trick. Nothing wrong with the battery. Short trips and cold temperatures had run the charge down. Hats off to Danny and the Interstate team. read more

My car battery was dead, and I was lucky to win a gift certificate from WCCQ radio, that helped me cover part of the cost. When Interstate Battery sponsored there Football contest. All of the employees in the store were very pleasant, and glad I had won their certificate. The battery was installed without problem, and I was on my way in no time at all. My car battery was getting weak and needed to be replaced. I called Autozone, Advanced Auto and NTB before I called Interstate Battery. All were much higher for the same performance battery. I stopped by Interstate on the way home from shopping they beat everyones price and they had it in stock. The entire transaction took less then five minutes. I took the battery home and installed it myself and then returned the old one for my core charge. I also had another battery lying around my garage that they paid me cash for. A win win.
