The day after, the message appeared twice-once in the morning and later that night. Of course I was puzzled and spoke with my daughter after putting air in the tire again. She suggested I take the car to a tire store, get it plugged because obviously I had a nail in it; it would be cheaper. I knew I could not afford to purchase another tire for the truck at that moment. I spoke with my granddaughter and she convinced me to take it back to the dealership since I'd always talked about how I always received great service with them. I called North Haven Volvo and made an appointment and was seen that day. My son took my car since I was unable to get off from work and I told him to ask for Steve since that was who I initially spoke with. My son took my car and they found a 2 inch screw lodged inside the tire. My son was told had I driven on it a few more hours, the tire would have burst. Because the tire was still under warranty, they replaced the bad tire with a brand new tire and I was not charged for the labor or the tire! AMAZING!!!!! Later on that afternoon, I received a follow-up call to see if I was pleased with the service and if I was experiencing any problems. I sent my 17 year old son and he called me when they were done saying it was going to be $418! For 45 minutes of work! When I went to get my oil changed I was told I chose the wrong package, should've bought the $62 one; should be no big deal (even tho the description says full synthetic is included) why not just apply what I've already paid and I can pay the difference? Except now it's being applied to a full price change, so the difference is $85. So instead of a $30 oil change or a $62 oil change, it's $120. Can't even get the Groupon refunded, absolute garbage. I'll eat the $30 before I give this scam company another cent.

Hands down the worst shop I've ever dealt with. I went in to get ONE tire sensor replaced and they…read morekept my car for 8 hrs. When I finally got it back, not only did the new sensor not work, but all four sensors were not responding, my rim was damaged, and the tire they worked on had a slice in the sidewall. When I called them out, they immediately tried to flip it on me, saying I "must've hit a curb." On top of that, there was grease around the cut and the tech even admitted they patched the sidewall--which is ILLEGAL and flat-out dangerous. No legit shop would ever do that unless they were trying to cover up their own mistake. Their response? "We'll call our rim guy." Well the rim guy said it wasn't repairable, and instead of owning up, they told me they weren't replacing a thing. So now I'm stuck dropping $700 on a new rim and tire that they refuse to take responsibility for. The owner Tony was rude, arrogant, and tried to bully me into thinking they "did me a favor" by patching the sidewall. A favor?? If I didn't know better about cars I could have been put in a dangerous situation. This place is a joke. Dishonest, careless, and dangerous. Don't trust them with your car. Ever.
