Copper wire is not all the same thank God I did not use the wire I had purchased. Went back to return. The wire arrived at 9 PM sharp as I'm parking is locking the door would not reopen the door and perform a refund. I understand closing time closing time, but under the circumstances I thought maybe a little exception of the rule was valid now I must drive back tomorrow after work. Nothing gets all the dirt removed from all the nooks and crannies. Also from the body to the underneath like a good spraying. And the liquid wax being sprayed will get into every part. This is better than a good hand waxing in my option. A few years ago, a lot of owners of high-end conversation vans would go there. Until the Kelly family of dealers decided to upgrade from the top of the line "blushless spray wash" system. To a newer "economy brush" system, to be honest the 14/69 car wash cannot compete now. After going through the 14/69 with my van I still had different colored soaps? On the vehicle, with the rear doors still showing unwashed dirt areas. Also mostly, it had ripped lose part of the mudguards going down the sides of my van! It was not designed for something that big. The (dare I call it soap), was so strong, it would (remove) any of the hand wax I had put on. Right down to the paint? Was this to try to maximize the short length of the car wash? The new Mike's car wash, at the Glenbrook Mall can beat it. Mostly length is the reason, in my option. The brushes need a longer "tunnel" to clean a vehicle. Any full size car or van will be well cleaned, at this Mike's location. Afterward if you buy a high quality wax (meguiar's) and spread it over the top and hood of a van. It will last the whole winter without coming off. This is what I do with my van. The paint is "saved" from the winter. Or on any vehicle, the wax should not come off. Except if you go to the 14/69-auto body wash.

Just picked up the car and the BF Goodrich tires they put on were made in Indonesia! That's not Woodburn , Indiana , Indonesia either. They had no other tires in house for our SUV in house and couldn't guarantee that any tires brought in from any other manufacturer could be guaranteed to be built in the USA. If Made in the USA means something to you, don't buy from Belle Tire.

I scheduled a pickup (which they do for the business I'm employed under) for Monday at 9am- I checked with my concierge at 3pm that day and the porter had failed to pickup my car (day one missed). I called over to them and they'd informed me they had me down for a drop off (which I've literally never done in 10 years), whatever- I told them my car would be in the parking lot for pickup Tuesday at 9am. I get a notification on Tuesday at 12:41pm that the car had been picked up. I receive no verbal update until about 3pm when I'm told the car will be repaired and returned to me by end of business day. I got a second call about 30 minutes later informing me that was incorrect, and NOTHING had been performed on the car- they'd instead be returning it to the lot with NO SERVICE provided, but they need my car for a third day. Fine. My car is waiting in the lot at 7:30 Wednesday am and I CALL THEM specifically to inform the car is there, and I'm anticipating a pickup from them at 9am (to avoid a similar debacle to the previous day)- My concierge team calls me at 10:40 to let me know they just picked the car up. I was contacted today at 2pm for payment, no apologies until I addressed my concerns head on- to which I was met with a "I didn't want to tell you this, but we're super short staffed- I don't want to feed you excuses" blah blah blah. Chapin and Team- Customers DON'T CARE how busy you are. They care about how YOU MAKE THEM FEEL. And when you make me feel like I'm not a priority- I'm going to seek that feeling out elsewhere.
