Once you emerge on the building you have to by pass all the open bays to get to the shore front. Once this day there were four desk people working. All were professional in fees and conduct. The were eager to help. I listened to many stories on why a car had problems and what solutions they offered. All were done with respect and non pressure. There were about 10 tech jams working today. Plenty help help to process scheduled appointments and walk ins. Today in choose to make an appointment on line. It was easy to do. They seemed prepared to start my work by time the appointment time arrived. My day was costly than I planned. I feel like they were being honest about my issues. The cost seemed a lot but probably fair. The work took over 3.5 hours. On the down side...I noticed the all important sign going into the shop that required people to wear safety glasses. 9 of 12 people didn't wear safety glasses including 4 management/desk types.

That was COMPLETELY FALSE and trying to take advantage of her by trying scare tactics!! The back tires have more than half of the tread life left when measured. Public service notice that Tire Barn will not warranty tires if you do not purchase 4 tires from them need them or not and she had to sign a waiver of the warranty. They could have told me that up front when I called but they found it better to try to bully my wife when she arrived. Shameful business tactics and I'm fine with the no warranty because I'm not going back.

My car has run better since coming here than in the years Toyota was servicing it. Also, in the past, I was constantly being told there was "something else" when coming in for something as simple as an oil change. Goodyear has never done that. They were able to get the same-day appointment and they were able to fix the tire. In the good old days I think they used to do this for free but after the Covid pandemic, you get charged in 30 something odd bucks to get this fixed. That was cheaper than getting a new tire. Overall good service and fast. It is disappointing to hear that they no longer do tire repairs. If you buy tires from them you have to buy the tire insurance.

My car is waiting in the lot at 7:30 Wednesday am and I CALL THEM specifically to inform the car is there, and I'm anticipating a pickup from them at 9am (to avoid a similar debacle to the previous day)- My concierge team calls me at 10:40 to let me know they just picked the car up. I was contacted today at 2pm for payment, no apologies until I addressed my concerns head on- to which I was met with a "I didn't want to tell you this, but we're super short staffed- I don't want to feed you excuses" blah blah blah. My first unpleasant visit was in regards to me getting my brakes done. I dropped my car off before McMahon's opened (6:00am) to ensure they can get my vehicle in and completed when I got off work the same day at 4pm. I had to continuously keep calling and checking on my car to find out as I'm getting off work that my calipers were supposedly "glued" on and that they broke it trying to get one of the calipers off. This lead to them having to order me a new set of calipers which aren't cheap if I may note & I was told I had to pay for them even though the worker broke them/ caused the damage. I was very unpleased due to no communication was given throughout the work being done on my car. To add to that When they called to tell me that my calipers were broken due to them being "glued" on supposedly they then proceeded to tell me they would have to order me a new set of calipers which was said to be ordered and put on the first delivery truck for them to work on them and get my car back to me first thing tomorrow. I asked them to call me when they began working on my vehicle and again I got no call or update. I reached out to them on my lunch break (11:30) to then be told that they ordered the wrong calipers for my car which lead me to again being without my car for even longer and going into the weekend. Monday came around and still no update from McMahon's in regards to my car which lead me to have to call again on my lunch break due to the lack of communication on their end to pick up the phone and call me after they have had my car for 7 days now. Tuesday came around same thing no communication on their end I called on my lunch break to be told I still wouldn't be able to get my car back. Wednesday which is now the 9th day of them having my vehicle I finally got my car back. My second unpleasant experience came about with me needing my oil changed. I brought my car in first thing when I knew it would be slow (8am) they got my car in and got it done around 9am when getting my paperwork of the breakdown of what they did and what they found and etc they mentioned my wipers were not working which I thought was odd because I had just used them along with being told my brakes were bad when as stated above I just got them done by McMahon's not even a month ago.. I go out to my car to turn my wipers on to see what the issue was to find out that my wipers were perfectly fine along with going back inside to get a manger for her to see for herself that my wipers clearly worked. I called due to I was just still not understanding / in disbelief that someone doesn't know how to know if wiper blades work or how to work them when they're supposed to be the experts. when I called I was talking to a male associate who was said to be a service advisor and he continued to tell me how "every vehicle is different & that the associate might of pushed the wrong button" to then be told that they were entry leveled employees that aren't familiar with every make and model and not to be concerned with the information Put on my form. This is no excuse for having "entry level workers" handling my vehicle if they have no clue how to work windshield wipers or even have the ability to go get someone to validate if something was truly not working if they don't understand or know how to operate something. This just shows that they have a inexperienced team and no one there to take true accountability or that knows how to genuinely fix a issue due to I was told I would get a call back and never received it.
