Don't tell people that you have the part when I called you and gave you the EXACT PART NUMBER. When I got there with the part in hand. The kid at the counter said he would have the Manager come out to double check. Well she was laughing and having far too good a time just out of sight to bother herself with a mere paying customer. When she finally blessed me with her presence she informed me they had the part at another store. And why should I believe that? I walked out and went to another parts store across the street. They had the part and did not LIE TO ME ABOUT IT. I will be going across the street in the future. I will be telling my friends as well. Purchased and installed new battery. Did not clean battery corrosion off the positive post. They left a mess.

Came here Feb. 2020. Girl sold me a part I didn't even need that I bought with cash. Then when I came to return it Sunday the 29th three guys were working and claimed I bought the part more than 90 days ago saying I couldn't get my cash back even though it had not been 90 days and then demanded my ID to even get store credit when I originally paid in cash. Absolutely ridiculous, I haven't been this mad in a long time. I've never had a problem with the new lenox auto zone but I have problems with this one EVERY SINGLE TIME. I hope they get some new employees who know anything about cars or even how to work a register or read a date on a receipt. I feel cheated I just wanted my cash back. read more

I went there for a 2016 Ford Explorer fuse for the radio. They didn't have it, BUT the gentleman, I think his name was Chris, checked for me, checked his personal box of fuses and gave me a discount when we realized they didn't have a single 20 amp micro fuse. EXTREMELY friendly, considerate, and helpful. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. 10/10, would recommend to anyone in need of auto parts. read more

My mom and I were at home depot and our car battery died. We walked over to the auto zone and asked the guy if he had any jumper cable. Instead he just let us borrow his portable. We didn't know how to use it and he showed us exactly how to. After we got the car started we brought it back and thanked him. The small gesture meant a lot!!!! We were out grocery shopping a Mariano's and when we went to leave our car wouldn't start. I knew it was the battery because you could hear it had been getting weaker and weaker of the the last month or so. I didn't know what to do. I had the keys to our other car in my pocket and no one was at home to call. My wife though calmly asked me to get the number for Autozone. I dialed the number for her and handed her the phone. She explained to the person on the phone what our problem was and asked if she bought a battery over the phone could they come over and install it? To my astonishment they said yes!! Within 15 minutes Jim from Autozone came by. He brought his tools, removed the old battery and installed the new one! I can't say enough about the great service! I couldn't believe it! I had to get a new battery for my Honda CR-V and I called AutoZone. Bennie picked up the phone and made sure they had the exact battery for my car and how much it was. My go to guy is Bob, he almost always has the part and if he doesn't , he can usually get it the same day. I have been a customer for years and really appreciate their customer service. I'm not sure what type of training they put Bob through but to pair knowledge with professionalism the way he does blows my mind. I will be a loyal customer as long as he's there. read more

Went there last Friday and I was amazed by the help I received. :-) It was a long wait but the guy who help me, I think his name was Dave, knew all about the battery I needed. I went to a shop who told me I needed an altenator and it would cost me $700.00 to fix. And the associate who helped me saved me a boatload of money by testing my battery and cables. He changed the battery and cables for me. I will definately be going back there from now on! read more
