Of course coming to an Auto Parts store is typically stressful because that means something is wrong. So today we had a coolant level low pop up, which obviously made me panic. We wanted to make sure to get the best product for the best life, we were greeted by the kindest man Gabriel. Gabriel was so funny and so helpful! He educated us on what we needed and even gave us a ton of good laughs. He was super reassuring it is common for a light to turn on, it just means you gotta top it off! he is awesome! read more

I came in on Monday morning after my car was dead for about 35 minutes and got jumped to make it to an AutoZone. Willow came outside with me and stood back and asked me to pop my hood, I verbally told willow I didn't know how to do that or how to open it once I popped it using the lever inside my car, she explained to me that their was a latch to unlock on the hood and still proceeded to stand behind me, I verbally told willow again I didn't know how, willow huffed and puffed acting like it was too much of a hassle to open it for me. Willow then questioned me that my car died and told me that everything was fine, willow had me start the car and explained that my battery was fine and I didn't need to get one. Willow then walked away and went back inside the building leaving me with my cars hood open. I went to another auto zone location and the employee there was very helpful and turns out there was an issue with my alternator! Not to mention Willow has three one star reviews that I've seen and probably more on Google for this location and still has a job here? You guys need to do better. read more

I went in over the weekend to get some new brake pads and they were super helpful and nice the whole time! Although there was a miscommunication they accidentally gave me the wrong brakes but once I brought them back they gave me the new ones that and spotted me the extra 50 cents the new pads were. Even though there was a miscommunication it was a great experience! Sal was super helpful when I came back in! I would definitely recommend this AutoZone for all your auto needs! read more

I came in to get some windshield wiper blade replacements, and was greeted as soon as I walk through the door. They had plenty of staff on hand to assist with all of your auto part needs. As I was finishing my purchase, the clerk asked if he could put the blades on for me. I declined, but it was cool to know that if I sent my wife or friends here, they would help them out. While I was taking a few photos for my Yelp review, I overheard some of the other clerks offering to do the same thing for the other patrons. The store was clean, well stocked, faced and orderly. I was handed a device to plug in my car to read the codes and was told they don't go outside due to covid-19. While there the other employee went in and out to help with batteries for 2 other customers and as I'm sitting in my car writing this, the employee who told me they don't go outside came out to add windshield wiper fluid to a different car. I assume they only go outside for paying customers. In addition, the device I used to read the codes was not able to be read by the computer inside. After trying three different computers, he gave up and handed me the same device and told me to do it again with the car running. I told him I'll try someplace else, he simply said "ok". I would expect him to try it himself in my car. Horrible customer service. I'll never go back. P.S. while waiting in line to give the device back so he could read it, he allowed a customer behind me in line to go ahead of me. I said, "excuse me, I am next in line". He told me it would only be a minute. Why should I be line after I was in line before to get the device? Apparently this store allows paying customers to go first. My brake lights went out simultaneously. So I figured it must be a fuse, right? By the time I got around to opening up my fuse box and tinkering around in there, I realized that it wasn't the fuse and the bulbs burnt out. So I whipped out my owners manual and tried to figure out how to change the bulbs - it's not hard, I've done the headlights before- but the tail lights required tools that I did not have in my possession. I walked into AutoZone and asked them if they could change the bulbs for me and the nice gentleman working the counter told me it was a free service. The entire process took under 10 minutes and he included some kind of bulb lube (that word makes me lol) to ensure longetivy to the bulbs. Very quick and painless process. Makes me wonder what else I can get these guys to do for free. read more

This Auto Zone has excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My brake light was not working. I bought the bulb, went home, and attempted to fix it by myself. While doing it, I realized it was much more complex than I initially thought. I went back to the store and they did not hesitate at all in helping me. It took a while but they got it done. I was so grateful for their help -as it turned out not to be the easiest thing to replace. I certainly could not have figured it out on my own and the dealership would have been ridiculously expensive. Both Mike and Damon are a total asset to the Auto Zone team! Last month, while we were out running errands our Jeep had some trouble turning over. We drove to the nearest AutoZone so my boyfriend could try to pinpoint what the issue was. During the entire time we were there, the manager and one of the employees were extremely helpful with loaning a tool or two and the manager went above and beyond his scope of customer service to help us out of a tight spot. We bought a battery and a starter and had to get a tow back home but we left filled with much gratitude for the excellent customer service! read more

AutoZone saved me $145 today. I had the auxiliary 12V battery replaced two weeks ago at the dealership in my wife's car, and a few days ago the ABS, brake and VSC lights came on constantly with warnings to check these systems. The dealership would charge $145 to run the diagnostics, and an auto repair shop would charge $143. There'd be subsequent charges for any ensuing repairs. I read up on the internet, saw similar issues with recent battery replacements, and also found out AutoZone gives free diagnostics. At a minimum I wanted to get the error codes to do further research, so I went to this AutoZone today. One of the employees, Gabriel, came out to the car with several handheld instruments (one specific for the ABS error), plugged it in under the driver-side dashboard, and gave me the error code. He then asked if he can try resetting it, and if the light pops up again when starting the car, then it was certain there's an issue with the ABS system. Turns out the lights didn't come back after he reset it. Thank You AutoZone! Gabriel was very professional, courteous and accommodating. read more

Poor service. I stopped at this location to have my OBD sensors checked for "ready status" after replacing my car battery. Even though I was told on the phone they would do it, I was told by the clerk they didn't. I went to O'Reilly auto parts where they happily checked the sensors. read more
