O'Reilly's has always been good to me for finding parts and taking care of dead batteries. Today was the latter as my car barely started after 6 weak clicks of the ignition. It struggled 2 days ago as well so I drove straight to this O'Reilly's location. They looked my info up in the computer and saw that my current battery was a little over 2yrs into a 3yr warranty and I got a full replacement. Donovin was excellent at quickly changing out my battery so I didn't have to get my work clothes dirty during the lunch hour. The whole process was less than 15 minutes. Customer service was awful. I had a battery replaced two weeks ago on a Thursday morning and the guy who helped me refuse to say good morning to me after I said it three times then he snapped and said he needed to plug in a device in my car to keep it from resetting which it did not do because I had to reset my Sirius stations again. He replaced the battery and walked away, leaving my hood up and never said I was ready after he did not come back I closed my own hood, and for some reason, I found a cigarette butt stuck inside the top of my car, which was not their prior to stopping at the store for the battery. I felt very uncomfortable and invisible by this man. read more

My battery was struggling a little at start up so I ran to O'Reilly where I originally purchased it. Joey tested it and confirmed it needed replacing. Preparing myself to buy a new one, he checked and found it was still under warranty and quickly swapped it out! Have used this location for many years for battery checks and, when needed, replacements. Service has always been fast and efficient. I was having coolant issues with my Chevy equinox a month or so ago and Jonathan H helped me by getting more coolant , the correct coolant, and also helping me find out that I may have had a cracked cracked reservoir-- which I wouldn't have known without his help. Such a saving grace! We called around 8:30 trying to get our car started asking if they had our car battery in stock. Not only did they have it in stock but the associate, Ghetti or yeti (I apologize if not spelled correctly) totally saved us! Big shout out to Joey at O'Reilly! I had to jumpstart my car twice today. I wasn't sure if it was the battery, starter or the alternator. Joey quickly tested the alternator and battery while I was on my lunch break. He figured out that it was the battery. He gave me an estimate of 15-20 minutes, but who knew he was a pit stop mechanic. So we went to auto zone across the street and the battery was under warranty so we got a completely free battery. A quick stop to replace my windshield wipers was rewarded with FANTASTIC service!! Easily found the correct wipers using the electronic guide, paid, and gladly accepted the gentleman's offer to put them on for me, never making me feel like I couldn't put them on myself just because I'm a woman...that's pretty rare!! I grew up helping my dad who did all the work on the family cars. Us kids didn't know people even took cars to a mechanic! Owning trucks, cars, motorcycle, RV & various trailers, I have been challenged MANY times by well-meaning employees who keep directing the discussion to my less-knowledgeable husband when getting any kind of service for a vehicle. Strange, antisocial "worker" was on the cash register. This person had a low customer service IQ score. Near this person was another "worker"who was playing with some hoses on a nearby counter top. Here is my advise: 1. Never answer the phone and talk at great length to a customer when you have a customer waiting in line to give you money for products. 2. Do not come to work dressed as an employee and pick up an order that you made for yourself behind the counter while customers wait in line and stare at you wondering why you are not checking them out or even talking to them. They will think that you are a rude idiot. 3. While paying customers are waiting in line do not allow another patron to skip the line and pay in front of everyone else. Especially when the line skipper is just buying a cheap lawnmower gas cap. 4. When customers complain about your strange indiscretions do not tell them: A. I'm not working today. I'm just here to pick up an order for myself. I know it's confusing because of the uniform that I'm dressed in. B. I'm helping him before you even though you have been waiting for a long time because he came in to the store before you did. In short what all of this means is that you should not go to O'Reillys for auto parts or other products unless you want to leave and feel like the employees are odd, untrained, and maybe even lacking the most basic common sense. read more

This place is so close to home and the staff are really helpful. I had to get a replacement tail light bulb for my 2005 Camry. I called ahead to confirm whether it was in stock and then went in person. Process was quick and experience was great! They retrieved the part and gave me pointers on how to do replacement - the simple way! I didn't even have to ask - now that's great customer service. Always have liked this location - glad it's nearby with great service! Point to note - if you are replacing bulbs for tail lights in a 2005 Camry - it's super easy - just YouTube it - got both light bulbs replaced in a few minutes. read more

Stopped in to O'Reilly's after getting a jump for my SUV. Josh checked my battery and told me I needed to have it replaced. I bought my battery Jan 2012. i did not have a receipt and he could not find me on their system. He updated my info and installed the new battery in no time. He also had to take out all the corrosion that was clinging to the dead battery. Josh was friendly and did a great job explaining everything to me. I asked if I had a credit to use on the new battery price because most places prorate the battery life and he said no, your covered. This was a great experience! I had purchased a factory reconditioned Alternator for my 2012 CTS-V Wagon. Within 4 hours of having it installed it died. I returned it to Oreilly's. Shame on me for having them exchange it for another one. The exchanged one died within 2 days. I am now in debt with my car shop for 5 hours labor @ $ 110.00 an hour each time to remove & install an alternator. The final third one I purchased online. My shop installed it and it is still working months later. I filed a claim with O-reilly's, they really dropped the ball and only reimbursed me for 1 of the defective alternator installs. There are many stores like O-Reilly's, I can assure you I will never darken there doorway, due to this. Really shitty customer service. If you google defective refurbished Alternators from O-Reilly's you will see hundreds of people and there complaints. STEER CLEAR OF O_REILLY"S nothing but a bunch of crooks.!!! read more

I got into my car yesterday with my kids and my car didn't want to turn on. I shouted a few magical profanities, tried again, and it started. I knew the engine wouldn't start again once I turned off the car, so I went to O'Reilly. That's not typically somewhere I'd take the kids, but I had no other option. We were helped by a man named Zack and he was remarkable. He informed me that my battery was still under warranty and replaced it for free in less than 20 minutes. While the service was excellent and fast and the battery was free, what took the experience to a whole new level was the fact that Zack waited for my kids to catch up and held the door open for my kids every time we came in and out, despite the fact that he was pushing a cart and carrying tool. I don't know details about the battery or the parts or anything like that. What I know is that I'm a woman who was stressed out with her kids in tow, and my experience at O'Reilly will make the next dead battery not as dreadful. read more
