After getting the parts for me, the employee guided me in installing the new rear bulbs. He was willing to help me with the headlight, but it was beyond the scope of what he was permitted to help with (understandable). They are willing to talk about any and all modifications, give thorough explanations, and help determine which route is best for you. The only issue when visiting their shop is my willpower is about as robust as my wallet (not very). I recently put on stage 8 icon on my ranger. Initially I had the standard springs. After adding a bit more weight all around it was suggested to upgrade the springs in the front coilovers to support a heavier load. Dustin reached out to icon, asked the engineers what they could do and what would work. Turns out 700# springs used on Tacomas work nicely on the ranger as well! Extremely happy with the end result. Great people, great shop, great products.

Beware of bait and switch tactics!…read more Ordered some Verus Engineering LCAs from these guys because they were priced lower than other retailers online ($565 vs $724). Throughout the years I have heard of vivid and know that they have been around so I placed an order. I get an email from them a day later stating that there was an error on the pricing listed on their site and that to proceed, they'd need me to pay the difference. Knowing that the price on their website reflected a lower price, which prompted me to purchase in the first place, I questioned why they wouldn't honer their listed pricing on the website and they simply just blamed verus for changing their prices. This seemed sketchy to me and off of principal, I told them to just cancel my order and refund me. Now after a full week I still see the price of the same LCA listed for $565 with no corrections made to reflect the real pricing. This further confirms their dishonesty in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this company. Check online for other instances of bad experiences others have had because chances are it is true.

My truck needed some tuning done on the carb because it was stalling, hesitating, and hard to start when cold. He kept the truck for 2 days then called to tell me that the truck was ready. His fee was very reasonable for the work that he did. The truck runs great! What I appreciated the most was the time he took to explain the source of the problems that he found, what he did about it and what he recommended me do in the future. I felt like he was honest, fair, knowledgeable and has alot of experience.
