As I was getting into my vehicle to get to work, the car barely started. I panicked bc, that's the reasonable thing to do, right? By the grace of God, the car started and I was able to get to work. But I knew that would be the end of that. I knew by the time I clocked out for the day my car would be dead. It was. I got a jump and made it to Darwin. Darwin was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, precise, thorough, and fast! Darwin went above and beyond! The kind of service that Darwin provided is impossible to find these days. I hope Autozone knows what a true gem they have with Darwin! I hope Darwin knows how grateful I am for his help today. I was so emotionally drained and overwhelmed I am not sure I was able to express my sincerest gratitude. If you're reading this, Darwin, seriously, thank you.

I did use my customer service Karen voice and said you only have 2 people working and everyone in line stared at him for a second. Then he went and found an older guy. Probably like 50 not crypt keeper old. He helped me find my socket wrench then disappeared into the batteries. A lady with a socket wrench and audacity thinks she can do anything! Anything had another idea. But the guy, I shall dub him Richard, (no idea what his real name is) came out wheeling a cart and great hair. He stops and uses a big knife to open my wrench goes about his business. Me, still full of audacity and the a vision, have no idea how to use this socket wrench. Richard comes back over and shows me how to use it like an angel a windshield wiper shot my way. He then turns into dad mode and does pretty much everything but I did tighten two screws! And so the perilous journey of a girl with a dream concludes as Richard wheels away a dead battery and I drive off in search of dinner. Only 3 stars because live customers should be more important than a phone call that might come in.

Taking the New Rider Course was one of the best experiences I've had. Before this class, I had…read morenever ridden a motorcycle or even controlled one. Walking in on the first day you meet your instructors, meet the bike, and before you know it, you're riding a motorcycle. As a first-time rider, it can be scary. I actually had to take the course twice, but that wasn't because of the instructors, it was because I needed more confidence. Both times, the instructors were incredible. Natalie and Mark were patient, supportive, and never made me feel discouraged. I truly can't thank them enough. What also surprised me was how welcoming everyone at Harley was on the 2nd day they give you a tour around the shop. Jerry would pop in every now and then crack a joke, and Jazmine from service was always available to answer questions and help with anything motorcycle-related. The course is structured really well. Day 1 is all about getting comfortable with the bike. Day 2 is where your confidence and riding skills really start to grow. By Day 3, you're graduating and realizing how far you've come in just a few days. At graduation, they have you ring the bell, which is a really cool moment. They also introduce you to the Harley community, including events, advanced rider courses, and bike rentals. Even if you're not buying a bike, they're happy to answer questions, help you find parts, or point you in the right direction. Overall, this course gave me the skills and confidence to achieve a lifelong goal. If you're nervous about riding or thinking about getting started, I highly recommend it.

So I sit and wait only to be told its closed due to weather. Just turn the signs around or something. Don't make people fill out forms and wait when you've closed it.
