The next morning, my car battery died at the gas station while in Fruita on vacation. Luckily, I was able to make it over to NAPA. Their location is very convenient in downtown Fruita next to City Market. David diagnosed that my battery needed to be replaced immediately and was able to install a new battery and have me back on the road in less than twenty minutes. He was friendly, helpful, confident and thorough. After this experience, I have been reconsidering my AAA membership after the three hours I spent waiting for them the day before and misdiagnosis. The next time I need anything auto related, I will find a NAPA for sure!

Traveling through Grand Junction we stopped for the night at an RV park, Canyon View RV Resort…read more(also highly recommend) we unhooked our towed Jeep from our Motorhome and to our disappointment it was making a very strange knocking noise I couldn't identify. We called around and after explaining our dilemma, they said they could put it on the rack the next morning. I had it towed to them and as promised it was on the rack being diagnosed to two rear caliper bolts. These bolts are back ordered 2 weeks, so in order to get me back on the road, they stripped the company Jeep and put them on mine. So I'm back on the due to the greatest shop I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. My wife and I thank them and I've never been able to say this of a auto shop, I highly recommend them with a 11 put of 10 stars! We will be back!

I spent a few grand having a good body shop go completely over my truck and take care of anything…read morethey found. Replaced the entire bedside, tailgate, and re-paint most of the truck. The top of the cab was original paint and had zero damage or paint defects. After paint, took it to Line-X and told Frank I wanted the cab top and lower belt-line sprayed for protection. 6 months later I noticed the top of the cab peeling back on the edge. Investigation revealed I now had rapid developing damage under the Line-X. No edge seal, no adhesion, and not even wiped down before sprayed. Took it back to Frank who informed me that mine was not the first one he's had come back. Claimed that , due to COVID, he has had trouble getting product so I would have to wait to get it fixed. Meanwhile he has plenty of product to keep spraying new customers, seemingly every day. It's been over a month and still not stepping-up. I have cut out all the damage, treated all the rust and re-primed the area at my expense. All I wanted was Frank to do was the, minimal, right thing and re-spray and seal what he missed. Guess that's asking to much....

Came here with a friend looking for a part for his car. My friend and I quickly picked the part we needed out of an old Golf. Upon entering the building, the owner sternly said he wanted $30 for a piece of plastic that could be bought new for around $20-25. After a short attempt to bargain with the owner, he made rude remarks and didn't budge from his price. Needless to say my friend and I left without the part. My friend and I had visited two other salvage yards and were treated far better at both. Customer service is very inconsistent and prices are ridiculous. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS "BUSINESS".
