The associates didnt explain how to correctly use the part, then said if we wanted to speak to a manager and ask for permission for him to help. We sit there for half an hour just to speak to several people, none of which just simply ask a manager for us and make us hunt him down. When we finally speak to the manager he told us the store was too busy. Are none of the associates able to say that from the beginning? What a waste of time, ended up fixing it myself. I bought a Sea Clamp from this place that I couldn't use because it was already broke, it didn't work for me so I take it back to get a refund and this guy gave me some bs about people buying tools using them once and then returning them, but I showed him that this sea clamp was broken and he still refused the refund he's supposed to give me according to the receipt. I would give a zero if I could. Just in the past two years alone this auto-zone has gone from hero to zero. They have let all the good employees like Randy and Anthony that would greet you when you walk in the door and that have common sense. Or they left for better wages. This store is ALWAYS understaffed. You could literally spend 30 minutes in line, then just to be told you were in the wrong line. This place is a joke. So tonight I went in after ordering parts two days ago just to pick them up because I already paid for them I was in the pick up line at the registers like I've done for the past seven years. And Christian behind the counter told me I was in the wrong line, where there was literally eight people in that line and I had to go to the end when I was already waiting for 15 minutes. I had to go into the parts line which I told him I've been coming here for the past 7 years and not once I ever had to get in that line unless I needed a part look-up. So I started walking over to that line and he said HEY IM TALKING TO YOU and said I'll help you just this one time. And I told him that's funny. You're going to help me this one time huh. Funny. I told him I'm never coming back to that store again and he said that's to bad just being a smart ass. So not only did AutoZone let go good people they hired smart ass people that likes to be rude to customers that are paying their salaries so I'll be doing the rest of my business with O'Reillys or Napa never going back to AutoZone ever again anywhere. read more

We've always used Auto Zone and this location has always had the best service. Today I want to share another experience - My young daughter came in to buy windshield wipers for the first time in her life. She asked if someone could help her install them. The person behind the counter tried to get her to purchase other items in order to receive this service and she declined (decided she'd figure it out) but another staff member came over and said they would help. It was raining out and my daughter just wanted to get home safe. We are so grateful that Kenny or Kenneth helped her out. Very pleased. read more

Randy I believe was his name a manger helped me from the minute I walked in till I was in my car and left. He listened to everything I had to say found the product for me checked out my car and filled it up for me. I know nothing about cars and he made my visit so pleasant. Well should've known better should've checked my cranking amps before I got home right now was old battery was 800 cold cranking amps and 1000 cranking amps what they gave me was 660 cold cranking amp and 825 cranking amp course I didn't notice it until I got home and installed it already buggers I'm going to call them and let them know anyways should I take it back or should I keep it got two years left on it under warranty will it make a difference what do you think! This Autozone is the worst. Terrible service, rude workers. One guy next to me was being helped and the chick helping me rudely interrupted him and starting complaining about another customer. Went to rent a spring compressor and tried giving me a completely different tool. I told her that wasn't it, and she said it was. I even showed her a picture of it on the mat/catalog whatever that thing is. Point is it had a picture and she still argued with me that it was the part I was looking at. This location is always fubar. They will sell you some shit that doesn't even work or fit on your vehicle and then claim that the product is damaged when you attempt to return it. I purchased a battery for my motorcycle that had reversed terminals so it wouldn't fit in the battery box. I never installed the battery but they claimed that it had damage to the terminal and they couldn't take it. They then proceeded to find one to exchange it and when the guy grabbed the wrong battery off the shelf again I told him I was good because they obviously don't know what they are doing. It's funny how they'll exchange it so they can toss it back on the shelf but won't give money back to a customer. If you need anything besides paper towels then hit up Amazon or someplace else cause this places employees will damn near slap box with you to save their corporation a dollar after they sold you some shit that doesn't work in the first place. read more

Hate this autozone, I brought in my part to show them and they broke it in half, their solution was not to get me my actual part but to ghetto rig it with some rubber tube and not even offer me clamps to hold it together. I had to go to a junk yard to find the part that they broke. I do not recommend this autozone they do not know what they are doing.
