Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I would recommend you give CSP and Brian the opportunity to show some love to your vehicle. I'm glad I did.

It's a quick 3min walk from the avenue street he's on, to the main street in Oceanside where there are many places to eat and shop if waiting for your car. He took his time with every single detail and it was well worth the wait which he gave an estimated 4-5 hour time frame and pretty much held true to it. You can tell from first meeting him when he goes over your car with you all the way through the final look over when he asks you to be his second pair of eyes if he missed anything that he takes such pride in the work he does and it truly shows. I paid $10 extra for the grand prix service, which adds a thorough interior cleaning that is supposed to include a protective shine application. There was one guy who worked on the car interior, and he was in there for less than a few minutes. On the way, and after I got home, I realized what horrible job they did on the interior and on my rims. With the cost of the service and the tips, I paid close to $50. for an absolutely AWFUL carwash experience. They used to be better, but now, they are about volume. NEVER EVER AGAIN

The first time I had zero direction on how to find the row with the cones - no one orchestrating - they left my car with the door open never told me it was ready - this time I said only outside wash and charged me incorrectly, luckily realized and adjusted.
