I want to say this place is hires absolutely stupid people! My wife stopped in there for a new battery because hers was bad. Instead of just installing the battery, they convinced her the terminals were bad, so they sold her a new set. The set they attempted to install were not the same type, so rather than tell her that, this stupid girl working there doing the swap for her, tried to bolt the wire terminals to a new connector that was designed for the wire to be sandwiched between the connector and a mounting plate with two bolts. She bolted the wire terminals (encapsulated into their own mounting plate and mounted by one bolt to the proper connector) directly onto the one side of the connector, didn't tighten it at all, and wondered why the car wouldn't start. After my wife asked what she planned to do, she told her that she should call a tow truck "because most insurance policies cover that" and she was done working on it! This left my wife stranded at the store calling me to come get her car running! When I saw what this moron attempted to do, I was pissed! I went into the store and looked for the correct type of connector, but they didn't have it. So I went to the counter and asked wonder girl if she had wire cutters (so I could cut off her existing terminal plate and mount the wires directly to the new connector), to which she replied "aisle 3". I made it clear wanted to use a pair from their "tool loan program", and she hands me a sheet metal cutter {?!}, and said that's all they have. I made it work and got the car running by tightening the connections to the battery, and like a miracle, the car started! *yeah...sarcasm! 1) The terminal on my wife's car were dirty, not defective. 2) She sold her something that couldn't work with the existing connections. 3) Then leaves her stranded in the parking lot telling her to call a tow truck!
