They charged another 328 to replace the the rear lateral bar. I cannot believe the predatory nature of this shop. A BBB complaint is going to be issued. Absolutely sickening.

Avoid this service department…read more The service manager lies. They scheduled my truck for service and didn't start working on it for another week. Then returned it to me with an obvious coolant leak. Within 100 miles after their repairs, I had a check engine light on and found that they smashed a connector together, bending the pins, and had to pay someone else to fix it. The service manager said he "would get back in touch with me", but never did. They are okay for tires and batteries, but if you need anything complex or involving them touching your engine, go elsewhere.

Finally the local dealership suggested we call Auto Source. Not only did they look at it but the fixed it in under an hour and for under $100!! They were friendly and even put cartoons on the tv to keep our son entertained. If we lived in this area we would use them for all of our vehicle repair needs.
