Will not help. I walked in, there were no customers. Three grown men behind the counter sitting in a circle eating chips. Asked for battery help and they refused due to its "raining". Drive across the street to O Reilly's and they had a new battery changed in less than 5 minutes. Defintely do not go here; go anywhere else; literally, anywhere else is better. read more

The 1st time I used this place the ignition leads I purchased were used in the box. It seems they never checked someone else's returns who scammed them. The second time I used this place the serpentine belt, brake pads and air filter were all wrong. When I came to collect there was 5 people working and it still took 5 minutes to serve me with no one else in the store. Focused on stocking shelves and everything else but the customer in the store. The third time I came in the store was to return two of the items listed above. The manager who served me would not accept the returns without a transaction number yet the time before the person took the time to look for it in the system. A 60 second job. Conclusion. Poor attitude from the manager is contagious. Over all poor customer service and I won't use them again. Autozone and O'Riellys is more professional. read more

Bought breaks from store for 2013 chevy cruise. Part was never orders correctly and when part came in the wrong part was given to me. No apologies were given. Like they didn't give a sh!t. Plus they over sold me on breaks I didn't even need. I'll be taking my business else where. Very disappointed, shame on you AZ. read more

Rude customer service. Went in to make a return and to buy another part for my car. Guy at register was very rude and kept asking me for the name of the part I had just handed to him. It was clearly on the box and the receipt, but I told him the part name anyway. For some reason he didn't seem to believe me and was pretty rude about it. Again, no clue as to why. He opened the box and realized he was wrong and didn't say anything. When I asked about the new part, I told him I had the part number and sku. With more than a little bit of attitude he told me he needed the year/make/model of the car. I gave it to him and then showed him the picture from their app with the part number and sku. At this point he rudely said he didn't need that he needed the name of the part. This is certainly not the first time I have bought parts from Autozone, and never once have I gotten so much crap from an employee. Normally I give them the information they ask for, they don't cut me off mid-sentence, and when I tell them a part number, they get me the part. I understand double-checking to ensure the part matches the car, but there is no need to be a jerk about it. I'll chalk it up to this guy having a bad day, but at that point I decided to leave. Went across the street and bought the part at O'Reilly's. read more

Went in there on a Sunday morning and the gentleman was not willing to help me at all. Both headlights went out on my truck and employee told me there was no way they could both go out at the same time and that it was my relay switch and that I would need to see a mechanic to fix that issue. Well, mechanics are not available on Sunday anywhere. So, I drove 9.5 hours back home without headlights. Monday morning I went to my mechanic and turns out that it wasn't my relay switch at all. My headlights lived up to how many hours they last. Thanks to the employee at this Autozone it cost me $100 to get headlights for my truck. I will never return to another Autozone. read more

I love going in there when I need anything for my car. Yesterday, I went to get a stop light, and one of the guys said "Open the truck" I was like okayyy! He changed my light without me asking him to do it. That's how great these people are. Thank you so much for your help!!!! read more

I would give 0 Stars. Will never go back here. Two separate occasions I had some diagnostics ran and misled that wasted time and money. The first time having some tests done I was told I needed a new alternator. Purchased and replaced to find out it was the starter. Second I had a battery tested and was told it's good. Then brought the alternator to be tested. After hearing some grumbling about I should have left the alternator on the truck to be tested I was told it was good. I went a few blocks up the street and come to find out the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Absolutely horrible customer service and will never go back. Take the time to go to one of the other parts stores in the same area and save yourself time and money. read more

Great service at this location. Was in and out within 5 minutes and had new wiper blades installed and even got directions from the fellow. Made for a great trip home to ATL when it started raining. read more
