I come in to make a simple purchase of brake pads and rotors. The kid at the counter could not recommend anything. I had to look everything up on my phone. I then ask what the best rotors and pads are. He had no idea. I also had to ask about a special they had. He could not recommend anything or explain the special. His boss out back would not come out to assist. He wanted everything relayed to him. Needless to say I had no help and was not confident in the purchase so I had to walk out. The plan was to change my brakes tonight but due to the managers lack of caring to help a customer they will not be done. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I really needed my car running smoothly for Monday morning. I was not aware that Subaru batteries are quite difficult to take out and replace with a new battery. I received great service from the parts and sales manager, Mr. Timmy Hunt. Mr Hunt methodically extracted the failing battery and then replaced it with a brand new one from AutoZone. He was very professional and extremely patient in removing the cables and then replacing the new battery exactly where it should be and secured it in place. I sincerely appreciate the time and service on a late Saturday rainy afternoon and would definitely recommend AutoZone at this location by Mr. Hunt. JER

When buying a car the service is awesome up until after you go and pick up the car.. it's just so unprofessional! Every time I have to bring my car in for service I dread it each time. Another thing, I had to wait longer than the time they gave me so I was stuck at the dealership for hours! I had errands to run and was told otherwise and wasted a lot of my time. They always wash my car when I bring my car in for service and it's so bad there's still dirt streaks... like how!??. Good customer service is so hard to come by and you would think with the outrageous prices they charge they could provide a little good customer service. I pulled in to the garage and not one person came out to greet me or ask if I needed any assistance. I almost thought I was in the wrong place. When I walked into the building there were four people sitting at their respective desks. Not one person greeted me until after I looked lost and finally someone asked if they could help. He pointed me to the service desk. The woman at the service desk, where I paid my bill, seemed inconvenienced by my presence. When a customer approaches the desk how difficult is it to say, "Hi, how can I help you?" I paid my bill and was told my car would be pulled around into the garage. It took awhile for the car to come around. I'm standing there with arms full of stuff. Again, no assistance offered...not a chair to put my stuff down or an offer to sit in the waiting area and they'll let me know when my car comes by. Nothing! The gentleman that brought my car around was apologetic for it taking so long. He provided the best service of the day. I wish I got his name. Then, what I think is a manager moved my loaner out of the way so I could pull out. I had booster seats in the back. No offer from him to grab one...or an offer for help. I'm not asking for the red carpet just common courtesy. I told the gentleman that brought my car around and another employee that their customer service was atrocious. The other employee looked at me confused and then just got in the car. The gentleman was apologetic. He mentioned they were a little understaffed. He had nothing to apologize for. The people inside the building were the ones that need some training in good customer service. I used to take my other car to a Lexus dealer in Sharon. I always had someone greet me as soon as I pulled in the garage. I was considering a purchase here in the very near future. This dealership just lost a sale.
