I used to buy my parts from this junkyard, but unfortunately, today was my last time using their services. Yesterday, when I bought a part before they closed (at 5:40 pm), it wasn't the right part, and because I came back the next day, they literally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Hands down THE most organized and cleanest junkyard I've ever been to. Imagine calling a junkyard "clean"! Now, the only downside to having such a wonderful junkyard full of cars is that people generally get to everything first. All the good stuff is gone quickly, because they're out in plain sight. Everetts is the best at junk yarding. I am an experienced car guy and Everetts is the first place I go for parts. Their prices are more than reasonable and most times are less than expected. They also have a menu of parts prices that gives you confidence in fair pricing. I bought a $55 relay for $1.25 the price was so cheap I went out and bought three more for my glove box. The tire shop is so honest they will not even let me tip them for a job well done. I drive well over 60,000 miles a year and only buy used tires from everetts. My tire cost is so low that my profitability is higher than any of my competitors in the logistics business. I think this has to be the cleanest, most organized junk yard I've ever seen. Counter staff is always incredibly helpful and there are plenty of tools to buy (possibly rent, I'm unsure) inside. Staff is available for help with tires and to find other parts that they don't have available. After getting a flat, I headed over to Everett's because I knew they mounted tires. I bought a tire from the yard and headed over to the tire center. They were incredibly nice, helpful, and handled everything for me, I didn't even have to pick up the tire. Walking into any automotive business I get nervous because I know nothing so I'm an easy target to get extra money out of. I originally thought they were doing this to me when they suggested my valve stem might need replacing but after they finished, they said their wasn't a need even though I already agreed. That was the moment I knew they were just there to do their job and not drag me for cash. The tire itself was a little pricey but was practically new. I don't think you can get a better price for tires to be mounted and balanced. Extremely pleased with their tire center and I will absolutely go back in the future. read more

I'm giving Everett's 4 stars. I've been there multiple times and it was all pleasant. Customer service is great. The staff it seems everyone was helpful. I was looking for a front bumper and a door and to my surprise they did have the parts I was looking for. Will definitely check with Everett's in the future if I need anything else. I would say go there and look at the yard first to see if your vehicle and the parts are there , their website maybe a little complicated to maneuver through. I went to have something down by the mechanic and he came out and attacked us about not driving around when there are no clear signs on procedure. I don't mind following procedure but don't start yelling and screaming at me because of it. I mentioned to this mechanic that he was being rude and the only thing he has to say to me was "its policy" and "I could be your daddy". Well, I could be your physician too when you're admitted to ICU since I am a medical doctor but let's not talk about that. He treated me with such disrespect it's disgusting. Furthermore, there was some miscommunication on the size of the rim resulting in my obtaining something that didn't fit my car. Instead of the cashier realizing and just fixing it he told my brother that "we agreed on this size". But let me ask all of you. Why on earth would you show someone on the computer say, a mirror, that is 5" when you told the cashier you need 6". If I said 6" I said 6" I don't care what it looks like. I would not return here. I will never go here again. I drove more than a half hour away for an "in stock" part which was showing on their website. When I got there, I found out that it was a part they needed 24 hours to pull so I had to pay and p/u later. They told me they would call. They never called. I went back a few days later hoping to p/u the part and was harrassed by an employee about having my cell phone out. Granted, they have a sign about prohibited cell phone use, but there was no need to be rude about it. I did get the part I needed, but quality of the part was poor and online it was advertised as good. If you want to get car parts at a junkyard that lies to you and is rude to you, then go here. I just bought 4 BMW rims for my snow tires so I wouldn't have to keep paying to have the tires taken off and swapped onto my only 4 rims twice a year. Tim told me they had 2 of my rims, so I agreed to buy them. He called back a little later & said he found 2 more but they didn't have the middle cover that goes over the lug nuts. Reluctantly I said okay - maybe I can find the covers online. Well, I got there, paid for them, went to turn my car around to make it easier to load, a guy came out with the rims in a shopping cart, & NONE of them had the covers. I said something to the guy about it, but it was almost closing time on Friday, so I said to him, that's okay, I'll just call Tim on Monday & get it straightened out. I just called Tim, & he told me I should have gone in and talked to someone at the time, so I can't get them, and if I want to bring my rims back, I will have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee. This is a junkyard. In Brockton. So it is what it is, but it definitely exceeds expectations. It is a large, busy operation, and it's been around for years. The parking lot is spacious and paved, and the building is newer, handicapped accessible, and very well air-conditioned. Everything is well maintained. The back area where all the cars are is organized, and it is easy to find and access every car. Every employee I encountered was courteous and pleasant, and we spent less than 20% of what we would have spent on new parts. I would be very comfortable referring others to this business. read more

I called on Wednesday 8/22/18 I talked to STANLEY I ordered a part for my car he said it would be ready Friday 8/27/18 and that they open at 8 am , I called Friday morning at 8:30 to see if the part was ready because He told me it would be ready and I had someone ready to work on my car . When I called the guy on the phone said that they were working on it as we spoke and it would be ready in an hour , which would be 9:30 . I driving from an hour and a half away and I got there at 11:15 just for STANLEY to say he didn't tell me that , he said he would call when it was ready I told him what the guy on the phone said and said " well I wasnt here I dont know who you talked to " and told me it would be ANOTHER 2 hours , I walked around with my grandfather came back he said it would be an hour and a half more , we went to grab some food I called an hour and a half later and he said it would be ANOTHER hour . I tried to explain to him that they said the part would be ready at 9:30 and he said I can get my money back and go somewhere else if I didnt want to wait . I hung up he called me about a half hour later said my part was ready . I picked up the part and went to the person fixing my car and said he could no longer do it until Monday because of time . DO NOT GO HERE , waste of time and I cant even get a refund in cash it only can be store credit even with a receipt. I will definitely be calling to talk to the manager . read more

My dad introduced me to Everetts when I got my 1st car 23yrs ago and I've been using them since. We had our son who was born with autism almost 5 years ago that the needs of reliable transportation increased. With my college degree in automotive, I chose to build it for him but give back by building it to raise awareness. Once Tom Andrade heard what we where doing from a former employee he reached out to us to see what he can do. His response was "I will be glad to help you out any way I can". Terrible, awful business! Purchased a transmission in September, failed by the end of December. Thought we were ok because we bought their so-called warranty for parts and labor, they provided another transmission and we got the truck back Tuesday, still cost us $380 out of pocket in labor and towing because the warranty only covers $50/hr. The 2nd transmission failed the next day. No apologies, just that they'd give us another transmission and no labor coverage at all. It failed within 24 hours and they wouldn't reimburse us at all! Had a vehicle to scrap/junk. All such places pay by the ton. Everett paid a couple bucks more per ton. They checked the title, photocopied my license and I was out of there with cash in hand in no time. I have searched for parts there before, too, and the whole place is very well organized. I am not a mechanic, just a working class slub with 2 driving age kids. We have 4 cars, with newest being a 2007 Corolla. We are constantly fixing something or other on the cars, like a headlight, bumper, radiatior, side-mirror, window motor, etc. I have a neighbor that helps me with repairs. Everett Auto parts has always been extremely helpful in getting me a new or used part at a great price. They have been extremely courteous and have delivered the goods.
