Spoke in detail of how part was removed correctly to not cause damage of electrical parts that are built in. Got a phone call telling me part was pulled and again asked if it was removed and secured correctly and was assured it was. Drove 45 minutes to pick up the part that WAS DAMAGED DURING REMOVAL. Dude actually had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to buy the part and TRY it to see if it still works. Place is a complete joke with 1 lone employee answering the phones, bunch stand around do nothings and incompetent folks pulling parts. After a middle aged Hispanic lady plugged in the scanner, and asked me to turn on my truck, my truck barely started, then barely ran at idle and then died after about 20 secs. She took no responsibility for anything and proceeded to blame me for why all of a sudden after she plugged in the scanner my truck wont start or run correctly. If you do have to go to this location at least ask for someone else to help you.

The person that answered was super polite and knowledgeable. When I arrived they were ready for me!! They came outside with their cart, checked my battery to confirm it was the problem, and changed it out as a part of their service. Prices here are competitive to other stores like AutoZone and O'Reilly's nearby. If you sign up for rewards sometimes you can get deals, $5 coupons and whatnot, but that's no different from other automotive stores locally. One thing this store has that others don't is they usually carry the oil filter, motor oil, and gear lube for my V-Twin motorcycle. I prefer to buy my supply online because I can find it cheaper and in larger quantities; however, there are times I need to bite the bullet, stop in to Advance Auto Parts for a quart of oil to top off my engine or pick up some cleaning polishing supplies before a big bike event. I'd say about 97% of the time they've always come through for me. If they can't get me what I need right away usually another store can bring it to this store the next day or ship it directly to my door. On my most recent visit I stopped in to pick up some windshield cleaner and a cabin air filter for my vehicle. Why the heck have cabin air filters become so dang expensive!!?? They are more expensive than the ones I need for the house. The one I need is priced about $20 everywhere you look, crazy! Even the good windshield washer fluid is running $5.79, yikes, that's inflation for ya. I remember when the Rain X was $3.80 to $4, not no more. The staff here have always been pleasant, greet me when I enter, and send me off with a friendly goodbye. I've never had any issues at this store, but it is a bit dated and the parking lot has some potholes in it that you need to watch for. Also if you're disabled and are in a wheelchair or using a walker you'll have a difficult time entering because the entrance to the door is on a slope. A little bit off topic but good to know is that If you're hungry, Churches Chicken is right next door so that's a plus. If you are in the area and are looking for automotive supplies or parts, this Advance Auto Parts location might just have what you need.
