    I've came for a visit many times now and I'm very surprised that I haven't written a review yet! Each time I came for a visit my customer service experience has been phenomenal. Here are the reasons why: 1) They always acknowledgment you at the door. 2) Always ask if there's anything they can assist you with. 3) When you ask about an item, they walk you to the product and explain the differences between each one you've requested. 4) They assist you with some installations, battery checks, service checks, parts recommendations, etc. Yes, I'm a woman and my car has a lot of miles now which means, we have accessories or parts that need replacement. I've had my window wipers replaced here and installed and my battery checked and installed. My mechanic will fix anything and I just purchase my parts here. They answer any questions that I have and make great recommendations. Honestly, I don't know very much retail stores that offer this level of service which is the reason why I'm writing a review. Thanks for awesome service!

    manager is rude and doesnt know how to communicate, sounds like a whiny child who doesn't want to do work.

    I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

    Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Please check these guys out they really do care about their work. I will be using them for all my car services in the future.

Instead of checking the coolers or looking in the back, he immediately responded dismissively by saying that if it wasn't out on the floor, then they "must not have it." The interaction came across as unhelpful and discourteous. We completely understand if an item is out of stock or unavailable, but we still expect customer service to be respectful and professional. We wanted to make you aware of the experience because it was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service we would expect. The cashier on the other hand was very helpful and was willing to go look, but unfortunately had a line of customers, and we advise that we appreciated the gesture.

While fueling up, I looked up RaceTrac and it looks like it was started way back in 1934 by Carl Bolch Sr. in St. Louis, Missouri. It has since expanded to over 550 locations throughout twelve states in the southern United States. I have never had any real issues at a RaceTrac and it is one of the brands that I woukd pick over other brands. All in all, this was an overall positive experience and I would recommend stopping here if you need gas and maybe something from the convenience store (or maybe a bit of both). I will give it an overall rating of four stars.

    I would have loved to give this dealership a 5-star rating. I purchased a vehicle from them about a…read moreweek ago, and overall the buying experience was very positive. They were friendly, professional, and easy to work with during the price negotiation process. They even delivered the vehicle to my home, which was about an hour away, and I greatly appreciated that level of service. However, there were a couple of issues that prevented me from giving a higher rating. First, when the vehicle was delivered, they requested a copy of my DD214 to verify my veteran status. In the past, I have purchased several vehicles through Hyundai dealerships, and my driver's license showing veteran status was always sufficient. While I ultimately provided the DD214 since they had already made the trip to my home, I was uncomfortable being asked for a photo or physical copy of that document. He took the picture on his phone (which im sure is still there), lots of issues with this one. Second, I never received a receipt or copies of the paperwork after the purchase. This is something I expected to receive and was disappointed was not provided. Overall, the staff was friendly and the vehicle purchase process went smoothly, but these two issues impacted my experience enough that I could not justify a full 5-star rating.
