I am absolutely freaked due to past car-issue trauma. And I have my dog with me, so I am worried about him, too. I see an O'Reily's a few hundred yards away, and go there, so thankful they are open. Their staff member Jay takes one look at me and says, "You look distressed. Don't worry - I got you!" He ran some tests on my car and we figured out my charging system (alternator) is failing. Yeah, the one I just got replaced last October. He recommended me to nearby Val's Garage (see also that review) that is open on Sunday morning and also gave me his contact info if needed. My car did make it to the garage Sunday morning. Stellar service. SO appreciated. I'm in that area a few times a year, and if I ever need their services, they would definitely get my business. They were open (thank you!!) and not only did I get new wiper blades, but DYLAN came out into the 19 degree weather and changed my blades for me AND cleared the ice from around the wiper arms so they would also function. We bought a car for $6,000+ in October 24. On Monday, January 13 it broke down and we need a new engine costing way more than the car itself. My husband contacted the dealer and was told "You're out of luck because you didn't get the warranty". 2 months with a vehicle!!!!! They take advantage of people who are desperate and then have no compassion or willingness to help.

I picked up the car after engine was replaced, drove car for 1 month and engine failed. The internal water pump failed which leaked antifreeze into my oil. Car was not able to be driven until this was fixed. I paid 5,000 dollars for labor and engine. He did not stand by his work, he wanted to charge me 3,000 more dollars to replace my water pump. I said no because he already lied about how many miles were on the engine. I have taken the car to a dealership to have the water pump replaced / not sure if the car is even able to be fixed because when water mixes with oil it can burn out your bearings and cylinders rendering your engine useless. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A DISHONEST PERSON WHO DOES NOT STAND BY THERE WORK.

I left a positive review when I had my oil changed at this location, however, my experience with a…read morewiper blade replacement was not positive. When I noticed the big black rectangular piece of plastic in my line of vision, I went back to ask them to fix it. The plastic was positioned on a peculiar shaped angle that was part of The wiper. I though that perhaps if the angle could be flattened the 2x5" piece of plastic might not be so distracting. The associate came out to the parking lot and said it's just a different blade than I am used to and would not replace it. I will be stopping at Auto Zone for a new wiper blade soon.
