I was the primary contact for all moving issues. We used a different company (not Clean Slate) to move from her old house TO the storage unit. They were "decent" but I felt a little used and abused by their add on charges after the fact. I started looking for a different mover when it was time to move from the storage unit to the new home. All communications were via text. Clean Slate did meet another movers price and since they had so many 5 star reviews, I decided to go with them. There was one problem, they showed up an hour late. I considered giving them 4 stars due to showing up late, but that issue was offset by the quality of the two young men that did our move. I knew immediately that it was Ky Junk Ninja and my credit card company confirmed it. I sent a text to this guy letting him know that I was aware of his attempted fraudulent transactions and at that time he reversed one transaction immediately. I purchased a truck from this dealer, and due to several mechanical issues it took a month and a half before I had a fully functional vehicle. It then took and additional three weeks before he could provide the title--only after I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. Lucky for him, he managed to send it just in time to avoid further consequences. In total, it took 14 weeks to finally get the truck registered in my home state. Even at the end, I had to keep chasing him for required tax documents. Throughout the past three and a half months, he has regularly ignored my messages for days, and when he did respond, he'd say he'd take care of it but often didn't follow through. I had to push every step of the way just to get the basic paperwork needed to complete the legal purchase. If you value your time and your money--go elsewhere. You shouldn't have to work this hard just to finish buying a vehicle.
