The store staff was quick to assist me in what I was looking for and very knowledgeable in the products they sell. This isn't always the case with auto parts stores but a major plus at this location! I normally buy most of my OEM replacement parts through Advance online using a discount code and pickup in store. It's typically the fastest way to get your parts if you know what you need and know the specs of your vehicle. The store was very well organized and tidy inside and out, again not something I'm always used to seeing at a parts store. A+

I'm used to places where they have a shack, a turnstile and you give some guy a couple bucks to go in. ISA has a large, spacious, air conditioned structure with a professional staff that is ready to point you in the direction of the vehicle you need. Speaking of which, finding the vehicles you're looking for couldn't be easier! There is signage! Honest-to-god signage that says things like "Ford Trucks" rather than "Domestic Truck / Van / Car." The yard is tidy, with nicely raised vehicles and without the flotsam and jetsam of discarded parts that normally litters the ground. Also, free of charge, they make wheel barrows available for you. How awesome is that?! Anyone who's lugged their toolbox around and then tried to figure out how they're going to get the parts they need up to the counter can agree that this idea works. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The prices are good (for salvage parts, anyway) and the availability of vehicles is pretty decent. The only and main reason I come here is they have a fifth third atm inside and that's who I bank with. Shepherdsville does not have a fifth third location so if I'm in the area and need cash it is where I will stop to get it out.
