Called in to have some tires installed, I was told they could have me ready in 1hr. 45 minutes. Arrived at 1:30, at 3:15 I asked for my keys to leave, they had not touched my car. Soon as I pulled out, I received a message that they were getting ready to start working on my car. The Manager made no attempt to stop me when I was leaving. I hate when companies will tell you something to get you in the door but dont deliver. I have purchased several sets of tires from them in the past, time to find a new dealer. I've been here twice now to get service and I've been pleased each time. They're very quick and prompt with their service, but also direct and will tell you the issues, the causes, and the solutions. My experience they haven't tried to oversell me things I don't need, but simple provide ample solutions and options. While I'm no expert on cars, they helped me understand the basics so I feel comfortable in my decisions. They were kind, polite, and quick. They responded quickly to my service request too. I recently realized my tires on my car were looking ROUGH. My parents suggested Discount Tire to me, as they have gotten new tires here, so I looked it up online. I really like how I could browse the tire selection, read the reviews, find a price point that met my budget, etc... all from the comfort of my house. Many other businesses I looked at did not offer such. I made my purchase online and also was able to schedule installation for a time that worked for me. It really was SO convenient, especially for a process I am not entirely comfortable with. (In the past, I've only bought tires when I had a leak, etc., and I didn't have the opportunity to choose where to go, etc.) The day of my appointment, I drove to the shop, parked, and went inside. I was greeted and received great and thorough service from the employee. He told me it'd be about 45 minutes, and they'd get it taken care of. I ended up checking out the Big Lots behind the building and walking around some, but you could easily hang out in the shop. In less than 45 minutes, I went back inside, and my car was ready to go. Manager Travis: I travel all over the US and use Discount Tire for all my tire needs. I drive a Chevy 3500 HD and this location is the first time I was told by the tech, "I don't have the part to fill the back tires". After driving right down the street to Guadalupana Tire Shop, they aired up my tires and informed me of the "part" that is needed. I advise to make sure your techs have this tool for future use. I'll have to write that this business has very friendly technicians in all of the locations I visited. They smile; they are congenial. I have tires purchased from one of their Illinois shops. By their analysis, the tires still had enough tread to be reparable (5 and 4 on their charts). I had been traveling. I had had trouble with losing air on every tire during the trip. One technician at a different store (Jeffersonville, IN) indicated he had seen a nail, but he didn't have time to fix the tire (we had the road hazard package and the tires all had tread). I checked in with the Lake City, FL store and had similar results. They were very busy. I was traveling with dogs, so couldn't wait several hours. I spent the entire trip filling the tires with air and finally got a flat in Louisville. It was a different tire from the one the previous technician indicated had a nail. AAA changed the tire. This Louisville outlet fixed the flat, but, again indicated there was nothing wrong with any of the other tires. They just said I needed to buy new tires. But, I had tires that were rated 5 and 4 on their own scale, and deemed reparable so why couldn't they be repaired? After I had to add air again a couple of days later (down to 22 and 27psi./rated at 35psi), I have had enough. LOL So, I ordered new tires, but I've ordered them from Firestone. Discount Tire has really nice employees, but I really needed to have those tires repaired until I could arrange to get new tires. It was disappointing that they wouldn't do that. I hope I'll get better results from Firestone should I need repairs. As a single woman who travels alone or with dogs most of the time, I want to feel confidence in the companies I deal with. read more

You really can't get any better value or service than here. My tire pressure sensor came on, pulled in for a free pressure check (without even having to get out of my car). It appears I have a nail in my tire, and they are now doing a free repair! In and out in less than 30 minutes. Amazing!! read more
