Tried to initiate the warranty and was met with pushback and no communication. Not until my dad gave a bad google review did they take initiative to take care of things. They proceeded to provide me another engine with 10,000+ more miles than the first one I bought from them after telling me they would give me one with less miles than the first one I paid for. This engine again turned out to be worse in condition than the last one. I even took the liberty of taking the car to a third-party car shop to confirm that this was due to them selling me yet another bad product and not an improper install. I proceeded to send this over to fitz auto and was told that the "insurance company" denied my claim. Not Fitz auto or the so-called insurance company contacted my mechanic or the third party that diagnosed the bad engine to confirm the claim. I've been trying to get the information about this so-called insurance company and understand why the claim was denied especially with the picture/video proof and can't even receive that information or a conversation from the owner Jay. Every time I call in, he's either busy/on the phone/or not in his office, and what makes it even more ridiculous is I've been told I'd received information of the insurance claim for over a week now and still haven't even received that. I've paid close to 10k in expenses for an engine that was supposed to cost a couple thousand and they could care less about selling me dirt. They seem polite and trustworthy over the phone then could care less about the customer after they get their money. Just bad business all around. Buy here at your own risk it may wind up costing you just like it did me.

And couldn't get the part cause none of the other jeep dealers would give them up is what I was told...that tells me it's a common problem !!
