Once he looked in the system, he saw it, and then informed me that his peer, that was to complete the work had to leave for the day. He at least had the decency to point me in the direction of where I could find the part I was trying to have replaced. I called the number on google earlier that morning to ensure it was still scheduled and good to go, the lady on the phone said yes. Don't make an appointment here and expect the work to be completed. They will mislead you and then make excuses as to why it can't be completed. The leadership here should address their employee shortages, we all know plenty of people that are qualified and would be glad to have work.

Went to pick up my car around 3pm Monday afternoon and didn't look in the back seat until 5:50pm when I noticed the back seat ripped up with the seat cushion foam all over the seat (like an animal got inside). I immediately reached out to East Cobb Auto and they claim the rip didn't happen on their watch and I must have ripped up the seat in those two hours and brought it back for them to repair. Obviously it happened from Saturday to Monday while in their custody. They claim they do a four door inspection upon completion of work. Obviously that didn't happen either. East Cobb Auto would not cover the seat repair costs I incurred nor did they offer to cover any portion of the repair cost. We have been customers for over 30 years and this was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. Would not recommend leaving your car in their care.

They installed brake hardware incorrectly, and after bringing it to their attention, I gave them several opportunities to fix the issue. Despite that, I've received no response at this point. Another mechanic, who I called for an unrelated issue, noticed the poor brake installation right away and recommended I get the original shop back out to correct it--which still hasn't happened. To make matters worse, the guide pins and other metal-to-metal contact points were not greased properly with fresh grease, which is basic brake service 101. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for work that isn't done right, especially when the company won't stand behind it. I hope they take this seriously and improve how they handle both service and communication.

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is an excellent place to get your vehicle serviced. They do just about everything. Breaks, radiator flush and repair, oil, tires, batteries just to name a few. The waiting area is clean and spacious with plenty of fresh coffee and they have many stalls to work on multiple cars at the same time. All the mechanics I've talked to and done work on my car were very knowledgeable and the work has always been done flawlessly. They now have a loyal customer.

I had used them once before and am calling them my tire dealers for now. So far so good with the tires and hope they last me a bit while I do snowbird travel from GA to FL and back. They did the service with the lug nuts at no cost and I felt the tire cost was comparable to Costco's.
