They check up on me all the time. They make sure I get regular maintenance. They send gifts, cards and trinkets constantly. I still can't believe that I have a new car and not something that's 15 years old that I paid cash for. It was exceptional the way they treated us. Based on my personal experience as an employee, I cannot recommend Cherokee Mitsubishi as a workplace. I joined the dealership ready to work hard, contribute, and build something positive. Instead, I experienced poor communication, inconsistent expectations, a lack of support, and treatment that left me feeling undervalued and unfairly treated. On multiple occasions, deals I had worked on were taken away from me, and I was never paid for them. This was extremely frustrating and made me feel that my time, effort, and contributions were not respected. When I raised these concerns, I did not feel they were handled professionally or addressed with meaningful accountability. Employees deserve clear leadership, fair compensation, and the opportunity to voice concerns without being dismissed or made to feel disposable. A company's values should be reflected not only in how it treats customers, but also in how it treats the people working behind the scenes. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the image the dealership presents publicly. My 2015 Outlander Sport, GT has 66K miles on and based on the diagnostic codes, the transmission is failing and needs to be replaced. The vehicle has a 100K mile / 10-year warranty on it based on how it was sold to me. I can only drive the car 30-40 miles an hour. The car will not accelerate or speed up. The car cannot reverse into my driveway. The car has no power. I am self-employed. So my vehicle is the lifeline of my business. I received no assistance from the manufacturer or this dealership in Canton, GA called Bill Holt. I purchased the car new from Roswell Mitsubishi (ATL, GA) back in Nov 2016. This dealership is now closed...So I took it to Bill Holt Mitsubishi in Canton, GA to get it looked at and serviced under the warranty. Here is my experience at Bill Holt Mitsubishi. Might I add, I had such a bad experience today at the Mitsubishi Dealership in Canton, GA. From the initial phone call with Chuck yesterday, he just did not want to put in any effort to assist me...As I provided him with the VIN number, it went downhill from there. First, he told me I am not the original owner of the vehicle. I said yes I am the primary and the only owner. I have the paperwork to prove it.. The vehicle was purchased new. It states this on my Bill of Sale and my GA title; which I know they can see in the system. But instead of working toward a solution. I was simply told they are not going to fix it, but if you come in, bring in your paperwork. So earlier today, I went down with my paperwork and spoke with Mark (another advisor). He gets my paperwork and validates the car was sold to me as new and I am the owner of the vehicle. Mark then stated I would have to call Mitsubishi themselves and see if they can make the correction to have me as the primary owner of the vehicle; not secondary. This way I am granted the 100K mile /10-Year warranty status. The people at Bill Holt acted like I was a disease. They did not want to touch the car or have anything to do with it. Simply put, they did not want to do any warranty work in fear that the claim would be denied. If my paperwork is valid, why couldn't my car get fixed? Does this sound like a company who is standing behind its product? When it came to selling the vehicle, I was offered food, offered to meet the team, etc. The red carpet was rolled out when we were buying the vehicle. By the end of the day, we knew the entire staff. Now I have trouble with the vehicle, everyone is in hiding, peeping out the doors and looking through the window. Again little or no guidance was offered to get the paperwork corrected on the back end. Nothing was even offered to look at the vehicle and see what else can be done to correct the transmission. I mean nothing. So now I am stuck with a busted car that is still covered under the 10-year / 100K mile warranty....I am so defeated and tired... I tell everyone how good this car has been to me over the years....Now I feel like a sucker because I purchased 2 of them back to back and had 3 friends purchase Mitsubishi cars over the past 2 years. I bought a truck 2 years ago. I was told after I bought the truck, it had 2 carfax reported, both were minor issues. I went on vacation May 18th 2024. The gas tank lid wouldn't shut. I took it to a dealership to have it checked. The truck has 3 carfax reported NOT 2, the 3rd was structural damage, that's why the gas lid wouldn't close! It was "rigged " to stay shut, (until it was bumped just right). I can't even trade my truck now! Also, the roof had a water stain, that's what I was told! Absolutely, positively, the worst experience I have ever had! This is also the first bad review I've ever had to write! I went in to get my wife an oil change and the salesman confronted me and spoke to me about purchasing a new car. I was actually very interested as I was looking to replace my old Hyundai Elantra for a large SUV. I ended up test driving the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander and became very excited. I was told a red one was coming in cheaper than the one currently in the lot. I told them I was interested and that I'd come back. I called while at home and asked my terrible salesperson, Steve Sorenson, if I could go ahead and purchase the car prior to it coming, and he said yes. I brought a friend of mine who use to work in the finance department for a car dealership to come with me and make sure I didn't get screwed. After an hour drive, we spoke with Steve and because my friend began talking numbers, Steve panicked and suddenly said that they had made a mistake and that they knew the make, model, and all the specs about the car, but not the actual vin number, so he couldn't sell me the car all of a sudden since it wasn't truly in the inventory. I was pissed, but even still, I asked Steve to contact me whenever the car was available to purchase. Finally, after a week and a half of waiting to hear from Steve Sorenson, I called him just for him to respond with, " I didn't think you wanted it when you didn't leave a deposit or do a credit application. And then you brought your friend in to deal with the numbers." RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DEALER! They are shady, they lie and avoid phone calls when you try to resolve an issue directly. I purchased a pre-owned Acura RDX from this company. Dealership sold me an extended warranty for $2500 which was rolled into the total price of my vehicle. The dealer was responsible for paying the warranty company and they never did. My warranty was never activated and I had no idea. I recently went to submit a claim for some issues and found out I had no warranty. Company will not refund me the money I paid. So I was scammed out of $2500 and now have $2500 in repairs. I am not surprised they never purchased the warranty because the car they sold me is literally falling apart. read more

As soon as I scratch the "scratch off" field I see the scratched number is matching the "special number" of one of the prizes. Then I search over the internet to verify if it is legit. I really wanted this to be a good review... I have to say that my experience here was excellent, as far as dealing with a dealership goes. They worked with me to get the financing for the vehicle I chose, even adjusted the price to help with that. Found a lender that would work with my down payment, but said they required that I purchase the GAP insurance for the financing. Well, the lender gave me a welcome call today and asked one question that ruined the whole thing - "Are you aware that GAP insurance is not required to obtain financing from us?" All you had to do was be honest and offer the insurance. Terrible form. One lie destroys your credibility in a first impression. Someone placed tape and metal pieces inside my tire. Now my tire sensor needs to be fixed. I came in for one tire, told I needed two, I brought. Then my other two tires needed to be patched. Lets start with the car. Between a 2012 Ford Focus and a Chevy, I ended up leaving with a 2011 Chevy Cruze. Both required 2500 down. Within two weeks the Chevy had an engine light, stabilitrak light, and a loud squealing noise erupting from the wheel. So I reached out to Ben! No big deal. He offered to have it fixed, which was not in the contract, it was sold "as is", as long as I took it to his "real mechanic" whatever that means. I was fine with it, though, and found it awfully kind of him to go out of his way to fix this car even though he didn't have to. He gave me a number to call to set up an appointment. After being lightly threatened about the loaner car and after missing MORE work to drive the loaner back to said vaguely threatening man, I arrived to a nonchalant "oh, it's not ready" it occurred to me that in my stress to bring back the loaner in time I didn't call. While some may interpret this as my fault, the man was very forward in his wording about the loaner and it was the first loaner I'd ever had, so I just did as I was told. As you can imagine I was frustrated. I asked due to gas costs (it was not a short drive), about meeting and exchanging vehicles at the location nearest me. He agreed on said request saying he'd verify it and let me know. I received my car back mostly fixed, excluding the squealing tire which I was told "wasn't detrimental to the function of the vehicle and therefore not approved". I specifically asked about the squealing and was told it would be taken care of, but fed up with the rude older gentleman and the whole process, I just agreed and left with my car. I happened to know a friend who was in need of a car, and referred her. She bought a car. The 2012 Ford Focus that I was also shown and offered. Why does that matter because he charged her 1800 down payment. Helping me out, my ass. When calling an employee with a concern, HE RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME. Now I don't know what business anywhere doesnt allow brief extensions on payments, this is my first experience with that, but I sure as hell don't know ANY company where you are YELLED AT by their staff. With my migraine, and level of stress I hung up. I honestly cried I felt so attacked. I borrowed money to make a payment, seeing as nobody would give me a final deadline as to when the car would be "shut off". Some side notes: I had my friend with me the day I signed the paperwork as a witness. She and I can both attest to the fact that the following words left Ben's mouth when I requested information on late payments: "I mean, if you don't pay for the car for like two months, or we think you're stealing it, we'll cut it off." On the phone he tried to say he'd never said that but she was there. I was then told the repo time was 30 days something that was NOT MADE CLEAR AT ALL. What I did learn about Bill Holt Auto/ Easy Pay Auto, is they are VERY UNCLEAR on the payment terms throughout the whole process. Even after purchase, I wasn't told the actual number of days (even though i was told months originally) I'd have to pay before my car shut off. I was also never told the repo time limit, and thirty days is RIDICULOUSLY short. Customer service: I should never be yelled at by an employee for any reason. Also both the manager in Woodstock and Ron in Marietta were rude. Quality of Work: I gave this three stars because i feel like they shouldve fixed the bearing too, also because two days after receiving it back my radio screen cuts on and off. These are all things I was never told about. Friendliness: I won't deny the friendliness of Ben in fixing my car, but the "lowered down payment" for a car that has so much wrong with it was a lie considering two weeks later he gave my friend 1800, a far better deal. Price: For a place with no credit checks the price is reasonable enough unless your paying and additional 700 down payment hence the three stars. All in all a bad time read more

This is at the new dealership in Canton that use to be Moore Chevrolet. Steer clear of this dealership. Wife brought in her truck as the service air bag light came on. Not knowing what was wrong she pulled in to have them look at it. Almost turned around when she saw it was a Mitsubishi dealer now. However, she saw a familiar face in the garage and felt it was ok to let him look at since they have always serviced our vehicle in the past. They took it in and 30 mins later brought it back and charged $100 for only labor. When she got home and told me this I was furious as this is a common issue with GMC's and it is typically just a loose wire under the seat. I could have fixed it in 10 minutes. In fact, Moore fixed this problem before and charged nothing as all they had to do was reach under the seat to tighten up a wire. Bill Holt Mitsubishi took advantage of my wife by not informing her of what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair but just did the repair. I hope the $100 dollars was worth it because you will never see any of our 5 vehicles ever again. read more

If they treat people who are in crisis like this, then It must say something about the quality of ethics. I had an emergency with a pet and I was heading to the Veterinarian ER when I realized my car ran out of gas. I was lucky to get out of moving traffic and into the lot at Bill Holt Mitsubishi. My dog was having a reaction and I was and I was desperate to contact my husband at work with no luck. I then walked towards the dealership entrance and a older man with gray hair and blue shirt started walking my way. I was very distraught and the first thing comes out of his mouth was to ask if wanted to buy a car!? I quickly said no and explained my situation and he just looked at me and told me that was too bad! I asked if they had gas that I could purchase or even borrow a gas can and he said looked me on the face and said they did not have gas or anything that could help me. I went back to my car and looked at my dog with tears because he was still struggling to breathe and frothing at mouth. At that point I thought to get an UBER and so I called the dealership office so they would not tow my car due the circumstances. I spoke to Donnie or Donald and he quickly came out with a gas can but it was too little, too late. My impression of the customer service here and as a potential customer are completely destroyed. I was working with a salesman who ensured me ( like all of them do) that they could help me. I told him from the start that I owned a BMW and was hoping to get into a newer model or a different luxury car. He asked me to review the inventory and send him the car of my choice...which I did. I sent all of the information that was requested and of course my credit was run. He called me and told me that he could get me in a "car". I asked him about our conversation about the car I previously sent and about the other luxury models. He told me to send it to him again and he'll see what he can do. I called back many times and even sent messages via the website to check on status....I never heard anything back. The least that they could do after running my credit, was contact me and at least provide a status....or even just a courtesy call to let me know if there were any other options that they could provide. I purchased a new vehicle from them in April 2019. I was told they had a Credit Repair Program they were offering which allowed me to be placed into a new vehicle with zero down. When I went in to purchase I was told my payments may be high at first but take a new car, make on time payments on it for six months, then bring it back in to trade for the vehicle I want and they would use the payments I made as a down payment for my new vehicle and refinance to lower my payments and interest rates. They also offered a free first oil change.... ALL LIES!!! They put me in a car I didn't want (I needed a third row) with payments over $500 and had me put down $1,000 as a down payment. After my six months they gave me the run around and told me I can trade my car back in IF I do a voluntary repossession or pay $10-11,000 in negative equity which they failed to disclose. The vehicle had electrical issues and cut off on me on the highway twice and once we were almost hit by a semi-truck because of it. The Service Dept said they fixed it but my radio continues to cut on and off while I'm driving. They also did a refinance to my car without my knowledge or consent. They also didn't do a free oil change. I paid for the first one and when they decide to do a "free" one, the service rep stated I needed to replace my oil filter at an extra cost. How do you do an oil change without replacing the filter?! Our sales rep Donald was nice and tried his best to help, but Paul kept giving me the run around and avoided me at all costs. I was guaranteed by my salesman Ben the vehicle I purchased in the EasyPay program was a good driving vehicle. I explained I drive back and forth to South Carolina to help out my mother at least twice a month and have two sons I have to take back and forth to football practices and games. Well I purchased the 2004 Pacifica 12/9/17. I was back to the dealership 12/11/7. Because I had issues with the vehicle. I the front two tires where so bad my 10 year old and I was sliding when I was slowing down because the car started shaking in the front end. The front headlight went out. The oil light was coming off and on. The gas pedal started being sticky. When I test drove the vehicle we drove down the street and back with no issues. They issues happened right after I signed the paperwork and was driving home. I couldn't call because they closed right after I left and they were closed on Sundays. Went back to the dealership 12/11/17. My salesman apologized and said that the vehicle came from another dealership and he thought they checked everything. I spoke with another salesman Jason who test drove the vehicle and confirmed my issues. He asked me to bring my vehicle back this next day and he would get those things fixed. I explained I had to be to work at 11:30a.m. He asked could I leave the car and they will take me to work. But I had to find a ride home. No loaner vehicle offered from anyone. Came the next day7:50a.m. The serviceman stated that he had no paperwork about fixing on my vehicle and I had to come back when sales opened @9. Called received another apology and told me to come back Thursday and all parts would be in. Came back Thursday no parts and forgot to order new tires.Comeback next Monday. Came back That next Monday. Was chewed out by the Easy Pay Financial Manager Ben basically saying I was lying about everything and he didn't authorize any work to be done to my vehicle. I was explaining to him what happened and he had me in tears,he was so rude to me. Everyone was looking and listening. He eventually apologized and said he was getting mixed messages. I asked for my money back and he said I can't get my money back. The GM Paul was trying to be nice while brushing me off at the same time. Ben the financial manager authorized for resurface of rotors, fixed my bulb and reset oil light. Guess what? Set at the dealership for 3hours (left 15mins before they closed). Oil light still coming on. Front end still shakes when I slow down, and still hear noise when I hit a bump. Art the service manager said everything was fixed and be careful on those bumps and laughed. (After everything was supposedly fixed). I called back Monday after the vehicle was supposedly fixed,Art said I needed to call Easy Pay to get authorization to fix anything on my vehicle but he couldn't transfer me. I had to hang up and call back.(Right). Talked with Ben in Easy Pay and explained( he is very rude I don't understand how he got his position.) He said everything was done and that's all he was going to authorize. Continued to over talk me so I hung up. I am stuck paying a car payment on a vehicle which needs work , they wouldn't refund me my money and I had the worst treatment ever. I see they're scam. They selling not so good cars, jacking up the prices, tell you they are placing you in a program to help your credit where you can pay the vehicle off in 13-15 months and trade it back to them for a newer car. All this after you had to put all this money in this vehicle (mechanical wise). Just so they get the car from you and sale it to the next person. I receive a flyer from Mitsubishi that offers a $50 visa reward card if I bring my vehicle in and complete an airbag recall. In July 2019 I brought my Mitsubishi Raider in and completed the recall and was told I would get the reward in the mail in 4-6 weeks. I have not received the card and Mitsubishi has not followed through. Also since the recall was completed, my radio and the passenger airbag activation light will not operate. The dashboard was not fully installed and a ground wire was not reinstalled. I was advised to return a week later for another recall from 2011 for the passenger air restraint system. I returned to the dealer and was told they cannot do or get a dodge dealer to perform the recall. The service manager recommended I find another dealer that has a Dodge and Mitsubishi dealer to perform this critical recall. So far nobody will perform the recall.
