Since I'm a foreign student at UIUC, I was really worried someone would take advantage of my lack of familiarity with the US and scam me out of my money. The purchasing process went as smoothly as possible - got the car for a test drive, got it examined by a mechanic, got back, signed a couple of papers, paid, and got the car with everything else take care of. I later got the license plates delivered by mail. A week after buying the car I took it on a small trip to Chicago and back, and several warning light lit up. I called them immediately and they told me to bring the car in tomorrow morning. They took the car and fixed everything I had asked for, no questions asked, quickly, and most importantly free of charge. The problem turned out to be a faulty sensor, and the car has been running perfectly ever since. I gave them 5 stars because they delivered everything they promised, were fair and honest, and this is what matters the most when buying a car.
