Parts that are ordered take 3 to 6 months to come in, IF THEY ARE EVEN ORDERED. And then they don't call me,  I have to call them. It appears to maybe they're not really interested in me as a customer. I do appreciate that they have a driver who will take me home and pick me up while I'm waiting for service to be done. Unfortunately the drivers are less than pleasant, making it feel more like an imposition than a job. The oil change was nearly $80 and all they did was change the oil. They don't accept any kind of discounts, and there are no niceties. At least Jiffy Lube vacuums, put air in the tires, fills the fluids and is considerably less expensive. Jiffy Lube also accepts AARP, AAA, Uber discounts... So, I'm going to be driving 45 minutes and take my car to where I purchased it where I will sit and wait for hours and hours for them to complete the work. But, I would rather do that then give Champaign Chrysler Dodge Jeep any more of my business.

It was a loooong day and I saved the bulb replacement for Last Only to find out the bulb I got earlier didn't fit. Luckily there was a store close by and open early eve on Sunday (great hours). To make a long story short there was a friendly face behind the counter who was very ready to help me. Where the computer was telling us both the wrong bulb to get he (Dan) was able to cross reference it when I handed him the original . He found the bulb and then reminded me he could make a swap 'sans' receipt. PERFECT. The repair was done quick and I was leaving champagne in 20 minutes. The antithesis of what one expects from a used car dealership to the point that it's almost…read moresurreal. The owner, Bob, is the only salesperson and is a really great guy. Both of my current vehicles were purchased here and I couldn't be happier with them. We were originally referred by some friends who had purchased cars from here and had been tremendously happy with the whole experience. I constantly refer people to buy cars from Bob, and have even had family members travel several hours to purchase their vehicles from Bob because the prices are so great and the vehicles are in excellent condition. They, in turn, have recommended to their colleagues that they purchase cars here even though it's 3 hours away. That's how great of a dealership this is. If you are thinking about purchasing a used vehicle, this is the only place to go!
