You have to wait in line twice! I had to wait in line to get a part number for a head lamp, then once I went and got the part, I had to wait in line again to pay. I don't know why AutoZone does have the parts books anymore. read more

This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at a parts supplier. I asked a simple question about the difference between fuses and the polite front desk clerk asked the clerk working the "pro parts" desk. Pro parts guy abruptly said go to a mechanic from across the store. I , in utter disbelief in the lack of professional tact and lack of slight integrity for the job immediately asked why they wouldn't want to a facilitate people repairing their vehicles themselves? He just started yelling like a child who knows that won't get repercussions "bye, bye...bye"! I walked over to the pro desk and told the front desk guy I wouldn't yell- which I amazingly didn't and he was even worse help when he wasn't 60 feet away yelling. When I asked why he wouldn't converse with a customer about auto parts he doubled down on them not being mechanics. What a joke! I would personally never even go to this place if it was the last auto parts racket in town. Send your least favorite people here, and if you have someone in your life who is utterly useless have them apply- this could be the big break they need. read more

This morning my drivers side wiper was making the worst screeching noise. When I went to adjust it, it broke. Already late to a big meeting, I stopped in. Sabrina was amazing. I have to give this location 10 stars for great customer service. Due to Covid many locations would not offer assistance on your car issues. Today one of my wipers were torn and decided to stop at this location. The guys were able to help me find the right wiper and replace it for me! I'm grateful for their service and highly recommend anyone to stop at this place for their auto needs. read more

Yesterday after work (around 4:30 pm) my car wouldn't start so I had to get a jump. Got a jump, got on the road, went to bed, woke up & by the time I had to leave for work (7:50 am) my car wouldn't start. Had to get another jump - by now I was praying to baby Jesus that it wasn't my alternator, "please baby Jesus, 6lbs 11oz, let it be the battery, please!" I was contemplating going to an AutoZone because I didn't want to be late for work BUT I just had a feeling that I couldn't put this off any longer. Thank God I listened to my gut! At around 8:17 am, I called this AutoZone location (based on their reviews) & asked if they swap batteries & sure enough they do, but Luis (my savior) said that he'll check to make sure it's not my alternator first before he can do all that. I got to AutoZone by 8:26 am (I phoned my job to let them know the biz - shout out to Oscar for holding down the fort) & Luis did his thang with his thing-a-ma-jig & he finally announced, "okay, it's not your alternator.." "Thank you baby Jesus!" He rang me up for a new battery (2 yr warranty included duh) & he was kind enough to throw in some lube & rings (no not that kind of lube & rings, it was grease & anti-corrosion washers). Luis got to work on swapping out my crap battery & putting in my brand new baby. Sure, I probably could have gone to a Wal-Mart for a cheaper battery (because Lord knows I love me a good deal & living ain't easy these day) but to be honest, I didn't want to risk having to get another jump after work or acid spewing out everywhere (which btw, Luis kindly showed me the little bit of acid that was leaking out on my old battery). Plus, my experience at this particular AutoZone was top notch that I wasn't even mad spending the $142 (in case you were wondering, my car Bootleg Bill - long story on my car's name, is a 2009 Kia Spectra EX, or LX? Either way, it's a Kia so yeah). After all that, I got to work by 9:00 am. Luis was awesome sauce, I managed to get to work at a decent time, Bootleg Bill got a new battery and I'm $142 less richer than I was last night. Even in the thick of a snowstorm, Jose helped me out out in the cold with a great positive attitude and a feeling of genuine service.

I drove in here last night, and walked out with two new wiper blades, that an employee installed for FREE all for under $20. They were courteous and expedient. I was not talked to like a moron, instead they engaged in friendly conversation and then offered to install the blades. Not only that, but if I would have left any sooner, I would have been involved in a car crash in front of the store that happened right as the great employee was putting the blades on my car. read more

I actually had a very pleasant experience here. I am a woman, and get treated like I have no idea what I'm doing in most of these places. (To Susan, I've gotten the old "bulb grease" BS too! Thankfully not at this location.) I drove by after work one night and needed a bulb replaced. All 3 people I encountered were courteous and the gentleman that replaced it even showed me how when I requested. read more

I hate auto supply stores that under minds women. This one is by far one of my worse experience. If I can give minus stars I would - a million of them. I needed a new headlight bulb for my car. My brother does all the maintenance work on my car and is the mechanic in the family. As usual, I head over my local Autozone to pick up my $4 bulb. When the manager rung me up, he put my bulb in a bag, turned around and threw something else in the bag as well. I didn't ask what it was, it could have been a flyer for all I know. When he told me my total was $5 and some change, I handed over a $10 bill but questioned in my head why a $4 bulb costs over $5? After he handed me my change, I asked him why it cost so much. He pulled a little packet out of the bag, the same packet that he threw in there WITHOUT asking if I needed, and proceed to tell me that I NEED this pack of light bulb grease for the light bulb. I told him I did not need it but he kept INSISTING that I do. I rebutted and told him again that I don't need it and my brother, the mechanic, would have told me to pick that up if I did. Hesitantly, this manager pulled the packet out of the bag and was too lazy to to a return or void on this transaction. Since the packet of grease was $1, he only handed back a $1 bill to me. I was so furious at this point that I didn't even bother asking for my 9 cents back. In retrospect, I really should have stuck it to him and made a scene. Of course, it turns out, my brother has a billion of these tubes and packets. As if he needed another of these packets. I'm so glad I caught this manager trying to pull a fast one on me. I'm sure he does this all the time and I wonder how many of these "fast ones" he has pulled, especially on unknowingly women. Bottom line: Of course I DO NOT recommend this place. Keep driving, do not stop, go to another auto store, any other one but this one, please!! But if for some awful do-or-die reason that you must absolutely go to this Autozone, keep a mental note of how much your total should be. Be very suspicious if the cashier throws anything other than your purchase in the bag. You can be sure it's not a flyer or a freebie. read more

This is the best autozone I've been to. The employees here are very attentive and courteous. One of the sales manager, Jose I think is his name, is very quick to address your needs and takes customer service to a whole new level, he really takes pride in his job and it shows. He's Always willing to assist and answer questions. My family comes to this location as well and they are always pleased with the excellent attention and service! read more

I seriously can't understand how this specific location doesn't have more stars. I went in for a battery but they didn't have it when I asked if I could pick it up at another location they gave no fuss about having to call the other location to put it on hold and pay there then pick up at another location. They were also knowledgable about their other products. All in all I had a great experience and a woman helped me :) read more
