He was upfront with all the prices and fees I would be paying, clear about the inventory they had, what was coming on trucks soon, and the types of Jeeps I could order. He spent a lot of time with me letting me drive the vehicles I wanted. Sometimes small business owners don't have the resources to bend over backwards for some spoiled brat just to keep a one star review off the site. I had an 8:30am drop off time and made me wait twenty minutes just to get to me, even though there was no one else in the place. They had my car all day and called me at 3pm to tell me I needed a new transmission. They said they wouldn't have the parts until next week, it would take a week to fix, and it would cost $10,000. I had just had my transmission serviced at another place, do I knew that was not the problem. I said no thank you and picked my car up at 5pm. They charged me $90 just to look at my car. I took it to another shop the next day and sure enough, it was my brakes that needed to be replace which would only cost me $1,000. Do not use O'Hara Motors service department, they are not trustworthy!
