Do yourself a favor and use Marty's GMC. Robertson's GMC is a money hungry group and will charge you for repairs that are supposed to be covered under warranty. Extremely disappointed with the horrible experience I had with their service department. After getting my new GMC Sierra 1500 Denali I decided to put a new $1,400 tonneau cover on my truck through the GMC website and scheduled the install with Robertson's GMC. Initially the rubber gasket towards the front cab area looked like a 5th grader installed it by not taking the time to neatly tuck and cut the rubber gasket material. In addition, the drainage holes that the technician drilled created a good amount of excess material that was never cleaned up. (see photos). I called Robertson's back and scheduled a second service appointment to have the sloppy installation fixed. After voicing my concerns they cut back the extra gasket material like I asked but scratched the top of my bed liner in the process. They left the tailgate of my truck down overnight and upon picking my truck up, I pulled the tailgate up and there was a new scratch that cannot be buffed out. Further more the excess waste from the initial installation was never addressed or cleaned up. So to recap, I purchased an $80K truck, had Robertson's do a terrible job installing a factory tonnaue cover, when I went back to correct the situation they... 1. Still didn't clean up the waste that was left in the front of my truck bed from the initial install, 2. left my tailgate open all night, 3. Put a scratch on the tailgate of my truck. When I called to address the situation the person I got on the phone was rude and could care less about the situation, took my number down for the service manager to call me. I never received a call back which tells me on top of nobody taking pride in their work at Robertson's they also do not care about their customers concerns. So now I get to drive my new GMC truck that I love with a new scratch on it. Thank you Robertson's service department! I will be contacting General Motors and also share this review with other media companies and make sure I spread the word. read more

Had a great buying experience at Robertson's recently. I let them know that I was looking for a 2017 low mileage GMC Acadia Denali. I got my car detailed for my birthday at Robertson's and it was pristine. The last time I got a car detailed from somewhere it was more money and I don't remember it being as beautifully done. I didn't have miraculous expectations but that's exactly what I got - a miracle. It looks as good as the the day I bought it. The price was fair and there are several options to choose from. (I got the inside and outside done) but you can just get the inside done for $100, which I think is VERY reasonable. I'm impressed and delighted. read more

A new truck with $3000 factory rebate has a dealer markup of $2500! No deal. There are a lot of dealers who are happy to sell cars as fast as they come in without gouging customers because of the current state of car sales. You may not get them to drop the price but you don't have to let them rip you off either. read more

Came to visit in July,2012, my Chevy Blazer had numerous problems, yet the Techs appeared to be good at diagnosis, vs just replacing parts. The good news was prices for parts were discounted vs retail, saving me big bucks, lower than other dealers and even parts stores. A plus was the warranty is good at most all GMC dealers. Tho busy, they did a good job of fitting me in to resolve a problem to get me back on the road, as I am from AZ. read more

My husband & I recently moved to Wareham and need to have a vehicle inspection, and a license plate bracket for the front of the car. Jim was phenomenal in trying to locate the proper bracket but was not successful. While Robertsons could not help with my situation, Jim was really great in taking the trouble to help. Not happy with my experience with this dealership. After purchasing a GMC Acadia 2007 with numerous problems I needed a service department who would take the time to listen to the problems I was experiencing, get me a loaner car that was comparable to my purchased vehicle (or better if you want to keep me as a GMC client) and be able to diagnos and fix my vehicles problems. They were able to do none of the above. Unfortunately, due to the multitude of issues my car had, I did visit MANY other dealerships and found much more friendly staff and competent technicians. It's unfortunate that I was not able to get better treatment from the dealership I purchased my car from. read more

Jim Timilty is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with in my 45 years of car buying. There was no pressure he just presented the GMC Canyon with the Duramax the way a salesman should. He was knowledgeable about this vehicle as well as other brands. He used this knowledge to sell the vehicle not make a sales pitch. He wasn't about he radio and how well it sounded nor did he shy away from some very minor to me obviously since I bought it, of the shortcomings of the vehicle. When I was there for the test drive he let my wife and I take the vehicle for a ride ourselves so we did not have a salesman's head sticking between us from the back seat. This allowed us to talk freely about the truck which believe me I needed to do a lot of that with my wife. When I said I wanted to think about it overnight and maybe look at competitors models he did not try to block the door and say lets look at numbers now. I cam back the next day sat down with Jim he gave me the price which was fair to me and the dealership. Maybe I could of gotten less somewhere else but I wasn't even going to try due to the smooth sales approach. OK so I'll sum it up as THIS IS THIS BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
