Every time I call, I'm told that they will "check on it" and call me back, but no one ever does. I'm tired of constantly having to chase them down for something that was promised and written into the agreement from the beginning. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing, especially considering this was supposed to be a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from a dealership. Customer service after the sale has been extremely poor. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend buying a vehicle here.

The clerks were most helpful- there was a guy in line in front of me with some complicated return, and the other clerk put down their restocking supplies and immediately came over and helped as soon as it was apparent that the other customer's return was going to take a while.
