Sean went the extra mile to check the car to determine if I needed new terminals. He said the terminals were good. I just needed to proper battery for the car. He sold me the correct battery, installed it and check the car to see if the alternator was good. Everything took less than 15 minutes to complete. Paul was extremely rude and such a disgrace to customer service…read more After asking for a part that he reportedly didn't have at his store, I asked him to check for an item at other stores and he didn't, rather he attempted to upsell me probably for commission- took a phone call while he was assisting me and helped the customer on the telephone for 10 minutes before finishing with me instead of placing them on hold. Worst of it all- he was smoking a black & mild in the store's doorway - with the door only ajar. Needless to say, I went to Lake Park and the service was wonderful- Tye, BJ, and Mario were great.
