Was sitting on the shelf above the charger. Now mind you it was given to the female manager. The store wasn't busy. One customer came out furious about the service and went elsewhere. Staff has changed quite a bit over the years only resulting in poor customer service. Even though they replaced the battery, theres no excuse why my battery was never charged. This location will no longer be my first stop going forward. They need an overhaul at this location.

Flustered, he told me he was unable to, due to being the only employee at the store, while also telling me I'd need to come back in an hour when his coworker arrived. He warned me that even then, it might not work, since he 'couldn't leave his coworker alone in the store, since he might get jumped' (although he never explained if this assailant would be a customer or employee). Facetiousness aside, he went on to call the corporate office, to get them to rally behind him, and told me I'd need to wait until a 3rd employee showed up. When I returned later, there was no one in the store besides the two of them (and I). I pondered where all the nefarious people were and was utterly shocked at the serene atmosphere (based on his earlier safety concerns). I eventually got a refund and went to a competitor, where I had none of these issues.
