When I brought it back to execute the written warranty I paid for, the store-level experience was incredibly frustrating. ​The employee on duty attempted to twist the terms of the written agreement, telling me that if they gave me a replacement battery, it would carry absolutely no warranty moving forward. Because they refused to honor the clear terms on the spot without stripping my future protection, I was forced to leave, drive to a competitor (Advance Auto Parts), and spend $286.61 out of pocket just to get my vehicle safely back on the road. ​To protect my rights, I formally escalated this entire paper trail up the corporate ladder, eventually reaching out directly to the company President, Dennis Norris. To the corporate office's credit, they immediately recognized the error, bypassed the store's narrative, and issued a full $233.19 refund for the merchandise. ​However, I allowed this business ample opportunity to make the entire situation right. Instead, the staff on duty stonewalled me and corporate decided to pick and choose at their convenience what my loss was. When I requested reasonable reimbursement for their employee's mistake and my forced extra expenses, they flat out responded with "denied." ​If you want a warranty that is honored without a fight, take your business down the street.

Not only did Battery Warehouse of Baytown save me 50 bucks but they also helped me figure out how to put the battery in my car. I always go to Auto Zone or O Reilly's to get my batteries but I think it is well worth the drive from Pasadena to Baytown to get my battery replaced from Battery Warehouse of Baytown. When I returned to swap part for the correct one, he was sitting in a chair in the back and finally got up to make the correction. I had a light on my dash for the last week plus & I thought it was the low tire pressure light, but I checked my tire pressure all around & thought it might've been something else. So I pulled up, popped my head in the door, asked if someone could run an engine code check for me & someone came right out. They ran the check, no engine fault codes registered, we exchanged some polite words & they agreed it was probably the Tire Pressure Sensor if all my tires had sufficient pressure. Now I'll have to go back to Walmart to see if they need to reset my TPS. They were very cordial, quick in their service & helpful.

Around Christmas, my husband started having issues with the radio in his Ford truck. We tested the battery at home, and it showed zero voltage. He took it to Interstate to have them test it, and they told him the battery was fine. After continuing to have problems, we took the truck to the Ford Motor Company dealership, and they informed us the issue was the battery. We called Interstate again, and the person my husband spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We have now had the battery tested twice showing that it's not working properly, yet Interstate continues to say it passes. It's very frustrating when a company stands behind a product that is clearly failing and offers no support to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, we would not recommend using Interstate. Customer service and product reliability matter, and unfortunately, this situation fell short on both.

I showed him a photo and away he went to get what was needing. Quick, fast and knew exactly what I was needing. Great service. I paid and away I went. It is really nice walking in and the employees know what they are selling and where to locate it in the store. I will return when needed to this location!
