No fluff straight to the point , set expectations for the time to fix and delivered 15 mins earlier than the set time. Always a pleasant experience whenever I go there. Other locations (e.g. Southwest Fwy.) are smart and have a separate line for customer appointments. Not so much at this location. Short staffed because of the Holiday. My fault for waiting until Memorial Day weekend to take care of it. Finally the woman in front of me spoke up and said I had an appointment, thank you! I always feel robbed when I leave a tire shop but this time I didn't mind so much! Went in on Friday afternoon for an estimate and came out with two new tires. The salesguy was terrific. Very friendly and informative. It was also super quick - normally it seems to take forever but this time, I was in and out in less than 45 min. They did everything - new tires on, checked air pressure on old tires and the guy that drove my car around answered a few more questions for me. He also explained everything they did on the car which I totally appreciated. I normally get my tires at Discount, and this experience only reinforced why I keep going back. I can't say anything bad, the price was good, and they do a great job with tires. My problem was stopping to get a free tire rotation in order to keep the warranty. They don't do anything else. I just didn't have time to stop for a rotation for 6 month and my warranty was void. I drive 8k miles in that time. I would not recommend them unless you have the time to make a special trip for a rotation, while stopping elsewhere to get an oil change. read more

Audi dealership was charging me an arm and a leg (after they kept my car for days without a response) and wanted me to get two new wheels and tires. I had my car towed from Audi to Discount. The manager paid for the tow truck (as it had to be paid cash and I was at work) and charged it to my bill. He also fixed my wheels for free (or a low low cost, don't remember correctly) all this in one day. I never expected such great service from a retail chain shop but I'm so grateful for it all.
