I had one back home and I believed I could find one again. I noted the many 5-star reviews for The Auto Shop and decided to give them a try. Chris' competence and communication were excellent, and he gave me *complete* information so that I didn't have to ask any follow-up questions. Besides the oil change, I requested a tire rotation and a general checkup. I received a reminder text message the day before the appointment which I appreciated. Tyler was fun to chat with as he drove me back home, and within a few hours I had a very complete and easy to understand report that I could view on my phone of the immediate needs, less urgent needs, and other items to keep in mind. I loved that I could approve or decline each service all on my phone through the app so that there was documentation and not just a verbal agreement. With another quick ride from Tyler, I had my car back with excellent documentation for what was done along with the remaining items I had chosen to address later, and their prices were appropriate. Chris and Tyler were very friendly and genuine, and were great representatives of this shop. Great value for me is not just about cost but also about a relationship I can trust. I consider The Auto Shop as "my" mechanics now, and would highly recommend them.

I ordered a set of 4 brand new General Altimax RT43 from them a while back. They asked me if I…read morewanted to get my car aligned and I would because I want to have my new tires wear evenly. 30k miles later and they are wearing out very unevenly. The outer is wearing out much faster than the inner. These tires should last over 60k. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR ALIGNED THERE. I will not do business with them ever again. Edit: I got a 2nd opinion from another alignment shop in town and the alignment on my car appeared to be correct. I'm not sure what caused the uneven wear, especially on the outside of the tires. I've updated my review to 4 stars and will continue get my vehicles serviced there.
