Be Very Careful with this location. If I could, I would have given no stars. Saturday, I had an appointment and went in for an oil change, tire replacement, and state inspection. No one was available for inspection, so we agreed to complete only the other services. The person working on the vehicle told me I would need new brake pads to pass inspection, which I agreed to. After the work was completed, I left the shop, but the brakes felt off. I had to press the pedal all the way down to bring the vehicle to a stop. I returned told about the issue, an was asked to come back on Monday to have it checked. I set an appointment for 8:00 a.m. When I arrived at 8:00 a.m., I was told the person doing inspections would not be there until 9:00 a.m. I waited, and it took another hour before they started working on my vehicle. After some time, they told me there was a serious issue with my brakes and that the brake caliper was jammed. I was quoted a little over $400 for the repair. The brakes were working fine before the brake pad replacement, and the issue only started after the pads were changed. When I asked if something may have happened during the pad replacement, the response I received was, "I was not there; I do not know." I did not bring my vehicle to an individual--I brought it to a professional business, and I expected accountability. While they did remove the labor charge for the caliper replacement, I still ended up paying almost $350 for other items, which I strongly believe resulted from improper brake pad installation, as the braking issue began immediately after that service. Be very cautious if you are considering taking your vehicle here. They will find ways to charge you more, and responsibility and accountability appear to be missing from their company policy. read more

I came in with 2 small diameter, very stiff, lawn mower tires that defied any mortal attempt for me to get back on the rims. The guys took care of me in every way. Really appreciate the extra effort they put forth. read more

I went in for a flat repair and was told it would be a 45 minute wait, which I was fine with. It took them an hour to get my car back on the rack, it took them 1 and a half hours to do the tire repair. I wasn't real happy after sitting there 2 and a half hours, but it gets worse. When I arrived home I noticed the hood was popped and was being held down by the hood pins/safety latch and I had been on Hwy 179, and then I noticed my hood had greasy fingerprints all over my flat black ceramic coating. I called up to the store to ask why they had even popped my hood for a flat repair, they lied and said they had not popped the hood, which I know to be false, I always put my hood pins back the same way. I will never go back, definitely stay away from Big O Tires, dangerous and incompetent!! read more

Had tires rotated and aligned, all my service lights came on when I left, they told me it would straighten out, so when low tire light came back on, I thought it part it, reset my tire calibration, then headed 1000 miles to Nc. In the middle of nowhere I have a flat, aired it and made it to my destination. After coming home light came back on , drove to big o tire but they wanted me to wait 45 minutes to a hour, just to check the air I bought my tires new there btw, guess I'll be going elsewhere. read more

My daughter's tire light came on soon after we left Mizzou to drive to Texas. We stopped at Big O tires for an air check. The nicest gentleman put air in her tires and checked them for leaks. He didn't charge us. We got back on the road in a jiffy. Thank you so much. read more

I was blessed to pull into this shop, the staff there are all so kind, helpful and very generous!! Brian needs medal for patience!! He also saved me money I didn't have, he was able to reduce my original quote at least 60%. This shop really cares about their customers!!! Even the mechanic I believe his name is Joe, (he's been a mechanic for 20 years plus, I hope I have his name correct)... they were great. There was no waiting around until they got to it, they had me in and out within an hour if not less. That's with an alignment and tire rotation. Just go to McKnight and save yourself the hassle of BiGO. Went in for a rear brake rotor & pad replacement, alignment, & balance on my 15' 4Runner with 3" lift and 34" tires. I drove halfway across the country & developed a steering wheel wobble & shaking. Was told they'd be able to get it aligned & balanced even with aftermarket parts & asked management to test drive at highways speeds to make sure. After try #1 brakes were replace the but wobble still there. Took it in again a couple days later for try #2, was told my Josh he would personally test drive it, and was called and told everything was running smoothly and Josh himself said he test drove it without any issues. Picked up, immediately felt wobble, and took back to ask Josh if he test drove it and he then told me he actually didn't get time to test drive. Took back that afternoon for try #3 and was told tires were out of round & would need a replacement and to go to McKnight Tire down the street for work because BigO couldn't get it. Went to McKnight and they balanced wheels fine and reported wheels were NOT out of round and they noticed the balanced weights were placed oddly. Hurts me to write this as I've taken my car to Big O for 20+ years but sadly their work and customer service can't be trusted. read more

Went in for an alignment and left with a FAR much worse problem. Some kid named josh did my tire alignment and apparently he shouldn't have. He didn't align the steering wheel when he did the tires and my car pulled to the left horribly and shook at 50mph like is was going to explode... and didn't say anything after the test drive but "yup its done." Big o fixed his mistake free of charge but there never should have been one in the first place. Almost got in an accident due to someone else's lack of quality in their own work. read more

Horrible. Worst alignment shop I've ever seen in my life. They didn't align my car correctly and wore one of my tires on the outside. I am currently working with corporate to resolve the issue since the store manager has zero respect. Even went to the extreme to lie to me twice. Said an alignment being off won't make a car pull! Lol then lied about how often to have the alignment checked! Said he called the manufacturer of the vehicle but didn't. I came in today with the expectation of getting 4 tires rotated, 1 tire fixed, balanced and a long wait. Instead the wasn't much of a wait and nice staff. Also with them being a business they could of easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge on vehicles because it turn out the was nothing wrong with my tire and the could have taken my money and "fixed" it. Instead they informed me and so I wouldn't have to pay for something that's was fine. Lastly, I don't know if the guy was a manager or owner but he was outstanding. Her made us feel at home. When there was a lot of ice last week I slid off the highway into a ditch and threw out my car's alignment. When I told Big O I'm a broke college student they gave me a small discount. They aligned my car well, showing me the diagram and telling me exactly what was happening with my tires. They brought me into the garage and explained everything to me very well. They very honest about other things that needed to be fixed, how badly they needed to be fixed (they mentioned my wheel bearings which I've known about but reassured me I have some time before it needs to be fixed) and their estimate on that was more than $100 less than other shops.
