I'm a delivery driver who relies on their car for making a living as a college student. My older car had been having some problems so my friends suggested I buy a rebuilt alternator through Advanced Auto Parts online and they'd help install it. After the installation, my car worked normally for about a week then continued to die. After replacing the battery along with the rebuilt alternator, it was clear my culprit was the defective rebuilt alternator. I was forced to go to an auto repair shop to get a brand new alternator and another couple hundred dollars spent on the problem to finally have it fixed. My plan was to return the defective alternator back to Advanced Auto Parts to get my money back since it didn't work. After talking with Ken K. he told me that he didn't want to refund my alternator since he was concerned with meeting the stores quota for the quarter. I was immeadiately off-put by this comment because if their product didn't work, I wanted my money back. He kept prying me to return it to the store I had picked it up at because it was their problem - not his. He said he would be losing money by giving me a refund and I stated I had already lost enough money buying this product from Advanced Auto Parts and time out of working as a driver. I had to push to get him to give me a refund. This was the most unprofessional customer service interaction I have ever had in my life. He continued to try make an apathetic apology saying that he doesn't understand why a rebuilt alternator would be defective. After all was said and done, he said "I hope that doesn't happen next time and keep in mind you should return it to the store you picked your item up from" well Ken K, there won't be a next time thanks to your off putting social skills.

Very friendly and made sure I was all taken care of. Expert service. Next up...Bill and Dave. These were the two gentleman that drove me to and from work. While checking in at dealer, was told they are 30 days out and they will squeeze in at some point. Kicker was they want to charge me $48 per day for loaner until they can verify there is an issue. Called Weber Chevrolet and Bommarito GMC and was told to bring car, they would get in right away and provide a loaner. Guess where we will be buying future vehicles and having service done. As a single woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I am always worried about potentially being convinced to buy services I don't want or need, but I did not feel that way at all at Seeger. They were very nice, honest about cost with no unexpected charges at the end, and I am very confident all of the services they provided were genuinely necessary for my vehicle, and nothing was proposed just to make more money. It was such a relief to drive home with the confidence that all of the issues with my car were safely repaired (and my brakes were no longer making a loud grinding noise, which is ideal). I know this was the mistake of probably one individual and I appreciate what was done to help me. On September 15, 2026, I paid $2,800 for services, which included an alignment and tire installation (in addition to a variety of other services, all of which I agreed to). I picked up my car around 3:15 p.m. to get my children from school. While I was driving, I immediately noticed intense rattling coming from the car, almost as if something was attached to the tire, along with a click and thunk in the center of the car a few times braking. When I parked and looked under the car, I found a small black cap stuck in the tire and thought that could have been making the noise. At that point, I didn't yet know what the issue was. It wasn't until I drove back home, looked online for what the issue could be, and looked closer that I discovered that two out of the five lug nuts on my front right tire were completely loose and I could spin them by hand. If I had kept driving at full speed for long enough, a wheel could have easily fallen off, resulting in a catastrophic accident and potentially severe injury or death to me and my children. When my husband got home, I had him check all the tires and tighten the lug-nuts. I then drove my car to my local Mobil Service station and the mechanics there checked my entire car FOR FREE to make sure that the services I paid for at Seeger were actually done. When I brought this up the next day to my contact at Seeger, she was very apologetic. She told me she would talk to the general manager. Over the next week, I spoke to 2 general managers and they offered me a $1,400 refund as a good will gesture. I told them it was important to me that I still keep this review up, and they were still willing to give me that partial refund. I am grateful for Jim, Casey, and Kelly's help on my case. They reviewed the video footage (which did show the mechanic tightening the lug nuts, though clearly a final tighten was missed) and took the time to speak with me over the phone and via email. While I personally would not feel comfortable returning to Seeger due to what happened, I do believe this mistake was handled with professionalism. I would just urge other customers to be aware this is a potential issue after servicing, and to stop driving and check their lug nuts if they notice any weird noises or rattling while driving.

I went out to start my car today, and it erupted with all kinds of noises, none of which were…read morestarting noises. I called AAA at 3:23 p.m. They said someone would be there by 4:26 p.m. At 3:34 p.m., I got a call from Paul Tufts, battery technician III, telling me he would arrive in about 15 minutes. And he sure did!! Once the lid was lifted, he smelled something electrical. Oh gads! Paul tested my battery and found it to have a weak charge. The battery in the car was from AAA, 3 years and 4 months old -- out of warranty. And Paul performed numerous other tests on the engine to make sure all other things were in good operating order, especially considering the electrical smell he detected. He reminded me to check for that smell in the future, in case something else was off, and give him a call if such was the case. Paul offered me a discount on a new battery, with a 3-year warranty for what I thought was a good price. Better than what my dealer would offer. So, I got it. Paul installed it. Had me start the car. THEN he says you need to get your radio code. What's he talking about? WHAT THE DANG-DEVIL is that??? Evidently, this is a Honda security code you need to enter any time a battery has been removed from the car. Son of a buck!! WHO KNEW!! Well, Paul knew. And he knew where to look for the security code. He looked on both sides of the glovebox, found nothing, but there was a West County Honda business card in the glovebox that gave that security code. I entered it, and presto-changeo -- we have music. WOWEE!! Now all I have to do is set the clock, which I don't do well. Any time you have something to do just twice a year -- you don't necessarily do it all that well. I'll save this for another day. Paul was so knowledgeable, helpful and personable. He KNOWS his business. And I'm glad for that. I've had AAA for a long time. Luckily, I haven't had to use them all that much. But when you need 'em, YOU NEED 'EM.

I was panicked when my car wouldn't start due to low oil pressure and decided to get it towed (I'm not super knowledgeable about cars...) Aaron towed my car to a nearby Walmart, helped me figure out what kind of oil I needed, let me run in to get it, and refilled the oil tank for me. He was patient with my ineptitude (he never made me feel bad about it) and even followed up to make sure I got home ok. Aaron is an angel and anyone who is lucky enough to have him come out for a call is in great hands!

He wasn't shopping - just a quick look around. He was approached by a salesman and he let him know he wasn't interested in talking with him and he didn't want the guy to start selling to him. But the dude didn't listen and tried to engage my husband in conversation, etc. He ended up leaving because the guy wouldn't leave him alone. We went back a week or so later to test drive a few vehicles. We got the same guy because he had approached my husband a week ago so now we have to be his customers. He got super pushy again! We were out on the lot and my husband went in and asked for a different salesman. The first one asked him why. My husband said, "I told you I didn't want to be sold and all you're doing is selling". So we got another guy. New guy wasn't pushy, but he was extremely frazzled. He was helping someone else at the same time and couldn't get it together. We test drove two vehicles and weren't ready to make a decision. We had already planned to test drive other brands. We thanked the guy and went to leave and he reminded us that it was the last day of the month. The last day of the month didn't matter to us. I know it mattered to him because of quotas and such. I did not feel it was appropriate to mention it to us. While at another dealership, we were told that Leo Payne owns dealerships in Colorado and doesn't really pay attention to this one. I don't know if it's true, but the place isn't what it used to be. We ended up not buying a Honda.
