They would go to dobbs or another chain because it's well known but I saw this place had a 5 star rating and I was like okay let's give it a go. I did my research for the type of tires I should get. Earlier this winter I was sliding over ice and was convinced I needed to get an SUV until everyone around me said no I just need new tires lol So I found all weather tires and even opted for something highly rated that's more expensive but popular because it gave me peace of mind to know they were a solid choice. The men who I interacted with were so nice and educated me. I made an appt online and then they called me because they could get me in earlier (which I was so grateful for!!) I did have a prior appt and they said I could swing by whenever and they would finish before close so I could come by to pick it up. Knock on wood it's been great so far! Should be good for the next 6 years. I'll probably have a new car by then but hoping I won't have any trouble! I did opt for the warranty so shouldn't be any $$ with their no questions asked policy so again, great peace of mind.

So they shipped,same day to Lake STL, and was cheaper than anywhere else. I came back 3 hours later and they installed the 4 tires in about 30 minutes. They cleaned/shined the tires. Ran an alignment test. -I did not need an alignment. -My old place always charged me. Place is really clean and friendly. Aiden, my sales guy, was awesome!! Super friendly and found me discounts. I'll be back with my other vehicles! Freddy's is next door. You can eat ice cream and watch them install your tires in 30 minutes. It's perfect!

Fabulous customer service, beyond anything I could have expected. With everything about my move in…read moreplace, there was a problem with my license. I was extremely upset (not at the service people) because the problem would push the date of the move back at least a week, probably two or more. One of the service reps was on the phone to the manager and had the problem cleared and my move remained on schedule. The following day the trailer was being attached to my car when it was discovered that my trailer hitch had been installed for a bike rack so the appropriate electrical work for the brake and turn signal lights had never been done. Since I'd never used the hitch or pulled a trailer before, this was another problem and, again, their customer service was outstanding. I was ready to go within a short time and I could have hugged them all for being so supportive and helpful. The manager, Robin, made everything work for me and I will forever be grateful for their efforts on my behalf. This move was especially stressful and they made it work. Today was the final straw and I will no longer use Dobbs and especially the Lake St Louis location. On June 3rd I brought in my car for the A/C not working and could never get the store manager to give me a quote -- the car also needs new struts. After 3 weeks of waiting, 5 calls by me with no return call and 2 visits to the store, the store manager (Brian) would never call back or have the courtesy to give me any details. The only response from other technicians at the store is that they are short staffed. Unfortunately a 20 year relationship is now over thanks to such poor customer service. Sorry to see such a good brand diminish in value.
