Their thorough and honest evaluation uncovered a long list of mechanical and cosmetic issues that the dealership failed to disclose -- and ultimately saved me from buying a ticking time bomb. They found replaced front fenders, bumper, and hood with overspray and missed paint areas, missing mud flaps, wheel center caps, and antenna, a broken mirror, and brake pads barely passing at 4/32. Even more concerning were leaking front axle seals, an upper oil pan leak with residue on the lower pan (which requires the engine to be pulled to repair), and two open recalls that hadn't been addressed. Their attention to detail and clear communication gave me peace of mind and likely saved me thousands in future repairs. After checking the bills thoroughly and getting my change she handed me back my change without looking up or saying anything. No thank you, have a nice day, bye or even a look of disgust.
